    This is great! ❤ I am still learning about this practice and I love how gentle it is, it seems to be calming the nervous system and also somewhat energizing to me. I love that the setting is outdoors (what a fantastic way to greet a new day!) and there is such beautiful, serene music combined with the sound of birds. This gives me a sense of joy and motivation for this new to me practice. I am going to test other techniques also. Thank you so much for creating these beautiful videos!
