    I watched your video from 2 years ago and was still a bit confused. This video however was more clear and I fully understand how to read a pattern now. Thank you so much. I'm excited to try my first pattern soon

    Hello! Thank you for all your videos, for a beginner it helps a lot but I have a question about circumferences! Graphics with larger circumferences like 12 or 15 can be transformed into circumferences of 6 or 8 for example. If so, how can you do it! Thanks

    • @Danysska
      @Danysska  Год назад

      Thank you ❤️ Well, the only way to do that is to just reduce the number of beads in a row. Some patterns do and some don't. For example, if it's a simple stripe pattern, that's no problem, but if it's something more complex, the result may look completely different. It just depends from pattern to pattern.

    hello, love your tutorial. Want to understand when you say (from left to right) when you are stringing your beads
    Also how do you know the lenth of your project since they show all the number of beads or rows

    • @Danysska
      @Danysska  8 месяцев назад +1

      So now I don't know if I fully understand the question, but I'll try to answer... If you look at the list of the beads, the beads are strung from left to right, top to bottom. But if you look at the first chart, it corresponds to stringing the beads from right to left and top to bottom.
      Some patterns show only one repeat of the pattern, some show more, some show the whole product... It depends on the pattern. Calculating the actual length depends on the beads and thread used, so it varies quite a bit and I can't say it that simply. When I draw these patterns, I always include information about the length of one repeat of the pattern with the recommended beads. I've made these tables for this, which are available as a calculator for my premium subscribers.

    Is there a way to tell from the pattern if you should use slip stitch crochet or single crochet?

    • @Danysska
      @Danysska  10 месяцев назад

      Basically you can tell by circumference (the number of beads in one row). Up to about 8 to 10 beads in a row it is good to use slip stitch, for 10 or more beads single crochet. The point here is that with single crochet, there is a sort of support of thread inside and the bead crochet rope doesn't break. If you use the slip stitch method to crochet a thick bead crochet rope, it can easily break and not look good.

    So when you start crocheting a pattern, you start crocheting from the end of the pattern (aka from what is in the bottom right), correct?

    • @Danysska

      That's right :)

    I have a question about some of my patterns. They have multiple pages in PDF format. My question is how do I string my beads? Your videos are very helpful. Thank you

    • @Danysska
      @Danysska  4 года назад

      Hi, the stringing order is exactly the same as I said in the video. It doesn't matter if you have a jpg screenshot or a pdf export. Top to bottom, left to right and page by page. This multi-page pdf document you have is the official output of this jbead program. But a lot of people, myself included, think it's better to just screenshot this pattern from the program, so everywhere on the internet, on Pinterest, etc., you can rather find these screenshots.

    What does it mean when the Rows per Repeat says "23 rows and 2 beads"?

    • @Danysska
      @Danysska  3 года назад +1

      That the pattern repeats after 23 rows and 2 beads.

      I'm using beaded bead designer software for making bead crochet bulb patterns. The patterns look like this cz.pinterest.com/pin/61854194871348897/. I tried to google a link to download the software but unfortunately their web no longer exists.... www.perlenhaekeln.de/
