You will learn a million times faster going into practice mode and playing the replay against the move that kept destroying you instead of hoping you run into that character again for 2-3 matches and randomly seeing it. I know I know, theres no dopamine in practice mode, but just do it

@@radumotrescu3832 assuming there are 4 seasons of this game and each season gets 4 characters it'll be 16 dlc characters. Each character costs 8 euros so 16*8=128 euros worth of characters. Base game has 32 characters. Assuming you bought a new the game at full price (80 euros) it would be 80/32= 2.50 euros per character ( not including all the modes basicoy the whole game) assuming you wouldn't want to buy the new characters and they won't change the replay function you'll have 16 unlabable characters. That's half the roster added that you can't lab, it's insane

Spent time practicing the moves on replays that kept making me can’t stand Hwoarang or Dragunov matches. I'm also new to tekken and a Nina player and it's so eye opening to see the variance in our playstyles. I can tell you right now I think you are a better Nina player than me. I personally however had been getting my power spikes from going to local events and learning from players hands on in person. It's gotten me to Mighty Ruler so far. I've been dreading doing replay analysis but I know I need to in order to take the next step. The fact that you are Mighty Ruler and your combos are more optimized than mines just shows that Tekken Ranks are kinda RNG. I really recommend Mike Hollows video on what a good tekken player is. He talks more about how you can get lucky or unlucky in ranked based on when you play, and what kind of matchups you get. Either way nice video keep it up.

Hey man, I’m a Kishin Nina, great video, I’m actually going to adopt your combos as they do a bit more damage than mine so good job. Something that I saw you do ZERO times at all is Can Opener and D343. Those 2 move DOMINATE in this game. Can opener is a high low high and once the low hits the final hit is guaranteed. This move is also +5 but 95% of the time people press buttons after it so you can do your forward 3 kicks for a 80-90 damage counter hit combo right after. And D343 is a 16 frame start up but it’s a low that does 46 damage counter hit and if you’re at a wall you can do your DB3+4 launcher for CRAZY damage. You start incorporating Can opener and D343 I’d argue you’ll be in Blue ranks within 2-3 weeks

For example, I'm in the Raijin rank, and when I win, I only get 250 points, but when I lose, I get 500 points. This doesn't make sense and forces us to grind for 8 hours just to gain one rank.
