What if a child’s father dies and that father was remarried and the father has established paternity by the state and is currently under an order to pay child support, can the custodial parent go after their estate?

My sister was the main caretaker for my 90+ year old father who created the will when he was 93 year old. He told me she would threaten to leave him care for himself if he didn't leave her more than me and my siblings, so he did. He told me she would get in his face and scream at him. But how can you prove it? He's dead, and so is my argument. I tried to record him telling be about it unknowingly so I could report abuse, but he wouldn't have gone on the record, even if I had called a social worker. The bottom line is, my family is destroyed because of this. No one talks to each other. We ALL went separate ways.
