I double checked the instructions as I was following along to Preda-foot mode, and a tip that will make the rear legs MUCH easier: The ankle joint rotates forward. The instructions call out rotating it forward 45 degrees. With that piece elevated, there is plenty of clearance to tab in the rear legs to the lower half of the gun assembly. I knew something was binding up, but I wasn't sure what. Watched further in the vid and it appears that Emgo might have moved it a little bit, but it was back in place quickly - as far as I could tell.
