Easiest Quick lunch for busy days : Healthy high protein Alfredo pasta with chicken breast

    Ingredients:
    • Water: 2 liters
    • Salt: 1 tsp
    • Tagliatelle: 200 g
    • Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
    • Chicken fillet: 400 g
    • Garlic: 1 clove
    • Cream: 250 ml
    • Parsley: 5 g
    • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
    Recipe:
    1. Boil 2 liters of water with 1 tsp of salt. Cook the tagliatelle (200 g) until al dente. Drain the water.
    2. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
    3. Fry the chicken (400 g) on high heat for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute on medium heat.
    5. Pour in the cream (250 ml) and add chopped parsley (5 g). Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
    6. Combine the pasta with the sauce.
    Enjoy your meal!
