Hmm. I guessed you at mid 50s, not mid 60s. Kudos! As for your new acquisition, there’s definitely more room plus the ability to go further off road with the size of those wheels👍 15mpg is still better than most Class C and some Class B motor homes. I think you made a wise choice.
Thank you, ancestors, and also taking care of myself helps. Yeah, I already am grooving on the confidence the increased clearance and those tires are giving me! Good reminder on the Class C and B mileages; I'm not sure I could even go there 😁
Making your own tortillas? Girl! I know how resourceful you are but this is a step above!!! Amazing! Yes! to staying put longer and enjoying the nomad community, you are now equipped for the most awesome adventure!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I'm fulltime, so for me being able to save money into my emergancy fund from every SS deposit into my credit union monthly. Living cheap, less travel and not spending helps cause I know I'll need to replace my current van befor I pass away.
Yup, Our rigs could become unusable any day. We just never know ? Having a massive emergency fund, that's growing always, really can help when the worst hapens. Nomad & rig, a real codependency.

I am so happy for you on your new rig. Can't wait to see a tour of it. Looking forward to some cooking videos.
Thank you! Happy to share what I learn 😌
Nice to see you getting something with more room!
It's going to be palatial 😆

Gotta be prepared, right? I'm hoping for another ten years with this new-to-me rig, taking very good care of it.

What will you do during the summer?
Be strategic about finding places that are 6,000 ft. and higher in elevation to avoid the heat as much as possible. And/or head to the Pacific Coast.
