I love to bash Sam on his lack of mma knowledge but this one was a home run. He made it interesting and understandable for people who watch the sport, casually watch, or don't know anything.
I was stoked when he said he had Angela Lee and this didn't disappoint.

Angela was such a great fighter, and ONE fans (myself included) were very excited to see Victoria on the rise...it's so insane to see two star-making careers end so abruptly. But I think it's incredible what Angela is pivoting towards. The vulnerability she's showing (including sharing about her own suicide attempt) is really inspiring, and I hope it will compel other people to seek help. I also hope her story will help people to ask questions when they see someone in crisis (the way her husband did). Well done, Angela.
And well done Sam for giving her a place to tell her story.
