Depression comes with hopelessness misread as realism, lack of excitability misread as calm, lack of interest in "teen things" misread as maturity. I've had depression and OCD my entire life (I'm turning 33 in a week and My Mom tells me I was quite an anxious child with bad OCD, before she knew they were mental health conditions) and everyone who knew me as a kid called me an old soul. The holidays are especially hard for people struggling with their mental health. Not only is it a lonely time of year for a lot of people, but SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is also very difficult to deal with.
That described me as a teen to 100% accuracy. But I was never depressed. I already had my mind made up on what things I was interested in and what I want to do. If it does not pertain to my interest, I simply did not want to hear or learn about it. Always been like that.

She was such a phenomenal athlete, and such a beautiful young lady, with so much potential. Everyone said this about her, whether it was media, or fellow fighters in the sport. She remained humble and kind, despite being one of the hottest prospects in the fastest growing sport in the world. She was so young to enter this sport at the highest level, but quickly proved she belonged, finishing all three of her opponents in one of the world's best MMA promotions. All this is why her death has hit us so hard. I hope we can some day understand what happened. Regardless, I am grateful that I was able to witness her career and be uplifted and inspired by her.

Getting hit by cars and trucks riding my bike doing a face plant downhill skiing going about 60 mph extreme stuff like that. In addition to my mother and father and other family members dying off when I was extremely young. My grandmother dying from cancer. My mother and father still open cases. In other words think about what your heart has been challenged with versus what I have told you mind has been. And I've given you the short list of what goes into bearing death-defying all crippling scars on your head and neck. Nonetheless my point remains the same live in accordance by becoming physically fit mentally sound spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom which is a primary key and a person being able to constantly consistently live up to the pleasure potential responsibility of femininity and masculinity. For only at this level of body awareness does one actually naturally have the self-control discipline loyalty devotion appreciation and respect + the playful determination to consciously acknowledge and physically participate in being true towards love honor and the creation of life in the way of marriage between husband and wife becoming a mother and father. The saddest tragedy here is the fact that her family friends and team didn't take the proper precautions to prevent this from occurring. Even worse is the fact that when she was 16 she gave an interview sarcastically saying nobody needed to be overly concerned about her age or health. When a 16-year-old says that the focus should be on that aspect of the statement. Depression and anxiety is something that you have to fight on your own . I know now if you don’t overcome it then it will consume you eventually. It’s a fight you have to battle by yourself nobody can do it for you. Boxing has helped me battle it and I am grateful I found boxing . It taught me to be strong mentally and physically.

We were stationed in hawaii and my younger son trained with the Lee's for a bit. The whole family was beautiful inside and out. Condolences and prayers . She was very talented indeed. I wonder if in some cases there are people who take on suffering from others and have a difficult time separating from their own. I guess you can call them empaths. I've had depression and OCD my entire life (I'm turning 33 in a week and My Mom tells me I was quite an anxious child with bad OCD, before she knew they were mental health conditions) and everyone who knew me as a kid called me an old soul.
The holidays are especially hard for people struggling with their mental health. Not only is it a lonely time of year for a lot of people, but SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) is also very difficult to deal with.

Everyone said this about her, whether it was media, or fellow fighters in the sport. She remained humble and kind, despite being one of the hottest prospects in the fastest growing sport in the world. The love of God changes us and is what is missing for so many of our youth today and just so many people out there feeling that emptiness in our soul becs we need God and the world just keeps up the lie to be strong and do it all but there's truely a space in every human being that only the Lord can fill. Jesus sets us free. I struggled a lot with depression until I came to know the Lord and just gave my life to Him. The freedom in Christ is the greatest gift you will ever receive in your entire life. We were stationed in hawaii and my younger son trained with the Lee's for a bit. The whole family was beautiful inside and out. Condolences and prayers . She was very talented indeed. My older son who was two two years older then her at the time was getting schooled. She was extremely talented and would have been indeed a champion.

I wonder if in some cases there are people who take on suffering from others and have a difficult time separating from their own. I guess you can call them empaths. Like a sponge, absorbing emotions and getting overwhelmed. It’s especially difficult for a young person to understand because their life is fine yet they feel sad. Sensitive souls have this burden.
