These were regular colonial currency in Jamaica until 1962 and I think I have some of these old coins in a box somewhere....might be wealtheir than I thought ! lol. ...I must have a look for them. Thanks very much for this rare coin video. More videos please.
Just picked the 1958 3d up in BU choice. Minty fresh. My QEII project is building up nicely. Biggest concern is finding the circulation variety of the 1953 coin in BU. A slight differences between the one you got in your change and the one that was given out in the plastic specimen wallet. The plastic wallet variety has a shallow portrait and the middle of the H in Elizabeth is off-centre to the nearest corner. The circulation variety has deeper portrait with the middle of the H in Elizabeth central to nearest corner. I think this one will be the most exciting one for me to get.
I have the complete set of all the brass Threepence coins. All are in good to fine condition. I even have a 1970 Threepence coin in uncirculated condition too. They are my favourite set of pre decimal coins
Hi There. I have about 90 three pence coins which I have separated by year. 40 are pre 47. How would you advise being the best way to sell these type of coins? Any advice greatly appreciated 🙂

Hopefully you can find some good dates
The George VI low mintage 1946 and 1949 3d were all sent to the Carribbean for circulation there, so you have a great chance.
Great video guys, I'll have to check which ones of these ive got 👍
Hopefully you have some rare ones

@@BitsAndBobsCoins it's in the Peck BMC catalogue and Groom references it in his Bronze coins book

I would recommend a listing as a bundle on eBay

I have 2 of the 1949 where do i sell them? I live out of the uk
eBay is the best bet
You have missed 1 coin, the rarest of all the brass thrupence. I agree it was not a circulated coin but it is out there.
Yes true we should have better established that this video is for circulation coins
