This is did yesterday. The second workout from you. I found you on RUclips and now i want to do them all in the same day 😄. I train for years now. And last years since covid at home and never stopt! For 7 days a week i do kettlebells dumbells and cardio. I like to do everything at home. And with kids in home perfect. I notice that a gym is not the only way to build muscle and tone your body. Stay consistent! That is the key.
This was the first of three kettlebell workouts from you this morning. Really loved it. Super challenging and different. You kept me motivated the whole way through! Thank you ❤
Great workout! 40 sec. on, 10 off alternating between walking and compound kb moves. 4 rounds. Keeps the heart rate moderate and really works those muscles.

Workout #2: 1st I did the 8min back workout located on the weekly schedule... This workout was perfect total body to end my week since I will take a break tomorrow since I work night shift... I chose low impact as usual... I switched between a 10Lb & 15Lb kettlebell depending on the move... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 472 calories and completed 3,921 steps... I consumed 48oz of water... My green smoothie for the day is power greens spinach banana pineapple strawberry a little kiwi & flax oil blended with water... Have a great weekend everyone!

A fun one ! Was able to use my 15, 20 and 25 bells for this one ! Heartrate was up by mid round 1 ! Excellent combos Andrea ! Your channel truly has it all !

Oh this was so good and challenging for me with my arm. But I actually had a 3 & 5#KB from years ago so I used those. Had to stay with the 3# on my recovery arm but I modified and got it done. Progressing slowly but moving forward with your help and fabulous workouts 🤩🤗
