I got the SCPD rebels pack which has cars that were once only available to the cops now available to the racers, but there are still 4 missing cars, the Viper, the Cayman, the 370Z coupe, and the Panamera.

Burnout Champion *_Somehow those were included in the SCPD Rebels pack, since I got those when I downloaded the pack ages ago, the HP wiki even says so aswell, the dr pepper pack was for consoles as far as I know, and the people ported the SCPD rebels pack into the PC version of the game might've pasted those cars you mentioned from the dr pepper pack into the SCPD rebels pack later on_*
