Metaspeed sky+ propels itself. It's so fast! lol I almost ran into people in front of me the first time I used these for a race. I see the effects of the carbon plate! LEGIT!
I’m so jealous every time I watch you run. I’ve developed PF and have tried everything to heal it, alleviate the pain - no luck. Had to ‘give up’ running. Was very depressed for months. Then, started doing some easy walks and light treadmill and am able to run, slowly about 2 miles before the pain kicks in. I’m hopeful now. There is talk about an insert that works really well, but I haven’t found it yet. Suggestions?
unless you're training to race on the track, there's no point. you might be faster with spikes, but you won't be wearing them for a marathon so might as well train in your race shoe
For just walking just find Skechers with max cushion midsole, but if you want a beginner running shoes that have versatility i suggest you buy Asics Novablast 3
It's 2 pairs: the Invincible 3 which is for running slow, and his slipper things which seem like they're just for cushioned walking. Where did you count 3???
I don’t think 4 different shoes are necessary, but should atleast have 1 pair for training and 1 for racing. For race shoes you want them to be at their best quality, so if you use them for all your training as well they’ll quickly lose it
He’s trying to get every sponsor he can. 😂
And I don't blame him one little bit get your money boy
That’s sad
🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
I love the content great to see you wearing some ASICS now these days! Good luck at Boston!
Awesome bro keep up the great content you have motivated me to get into running
Bro changes shoes every other day
That's what's it like to be a runner 🫠
And I got one pair for
Daily
Recovery
Speed
And race days
which shoes for those categories?
@@io-rj6skASICS Superblast
Yes we want to know… from someone not sponsored by 4 different shoe companies.
@@io-rj6skI use ASICS sky Paris and mont blonc trail runners for recovery “no shoes “

Are the Nike Pegasus 40 good?
does bro also have a watch on each of his legs?
Awesome
Hi Matt,
Thanks for your videos.
So how about I do speed work with Adizero SL ? Is it ok ?
😊

Happy to chat about your technique... I'm a physio. Core and strength work is vital
Damn crazy how different it is the pegs have always been on this list and now they’re not and same with the vaporflys
Been sporting my Kane shoes since the Kickstarter campaign years ago.
Matt, did you ever do a boxer run in Arizona? I swear I saw you
Don’t die in those Nike invincible’s. Seem like ankle roll city for sure.
I use them as my daily’s. I run about 40km per week. Never had an ankle problem whatsoever.
The bottoms are super wide so its harder than it looks to roll an ankle
@@hugolabrie5802 you put in 40k a week in the new invincible’s?
How come you would recommend Kane footwear?
Just need one pair, literally
Yeah ... But noo
When you cet a jugé milage like during a marathon training cycle, you can't just use the same running shoe everyday...
@@TimeoCrescenceI’ve had the same running shoes for 12 years. They’re fine.
@@jbthepianist 12 years is wild lol this makes for great content but Im with you I think 1 will do just fine
@@jbthepianist lol 12 years? wat shoes exactly?
@@io-rj6sk Vivobarefoot. I bought them in 2010 or 2011 and still use them. There’s no padding in them anyway so there’s nothing to deteriorate.
Pegasus replaced with invincible?
Try Hoka or On Cloud For marathons
I must be doing it all wrong. My current shoe rotation is one shoe. 🤔
Me too😂
@@emiliogereros7112 lol
I'd recommend at least 2 shoes. Running in one shoe is not ideal, especially for the foot without any shoe
@@gebertdominik ah yes, the one “pair” of shoes joke 😜
Bro did not cook on that last one
Nike alphafly??
Nike Invincible 3 or adidas boston 12?
Where can I cop your hat bruh??
why does bro have two watches on
what about Nike Pegasus 39???
panghatag
Never heard of recovery running shoes. When did this become a thing...
Sorry if this is a dumb question but what are easy miles?
Primarily miles that are in Zone 2 heart rate or at conversational pace
No spikes? Or do you just not run on a track?

I'm getting money from all brands 😂
I'm 100kg and want shoes for walking in the steet or the city for hours any suggestions?

Blows my mind how much non-professionals pay for performance athletic equipment
So you have narrow feet?
Dawg my ahdeedoes...wheresum...yon..mi..feets
Love your content bro, but for us non rich people who can only afford one pair of shoes, why would you even own and use so many different pairs?
Having a running shoe rotation can reduce injuries up to 39%
@@fvrrest1910have you got the reviewed papers documenting this?
Me personally I like Crocs
Ain’t no way your wearing those crocs.
What running shoe do you recommend for people with flat feet?
Swimming
@@4aronA 😂
I’m flat footed and I really love my Mach 5s
I don’t think that really matters. Flat footed people tend to roll in so a stability sneaker might be good. Though I don’t know your circumstances
don't rely on an influencer to answer a medical question. See a PT who knows what they're doing.
Get the Nike alpha fly 2
You’ve got like 5 current running shoe rotations
I m from india North east bro.. we can't afford
Y u wear 2 watches and 1600 bands
Three time zones. One on each watch and then the third is calculated by counting beads on the bracelets.
i thought you used some barefoot shoes?
Where is kinvara
Any reason why you wear your hat so high on your head?
It’s to get comments like this 🤣🤣🤣
No vivos?
try oofos! oof!
zoom invincible 3 has heel slip issues!!!
You must be mad using the ASICS for anything longer than 5K
What about for walking my dog
Space boots
Wellingtons
Don't put shoes on your dog mate
Literally anything lol
3 recovery pairs of shoes? huh?

Thank God, now I know. My life is complete now
Bro finally moved away from the all Nike bs W!
the fact he has 2 watches on each hand
SL's are a brick!
I use next%2 for every running training or race, why would you change it all the time?

@@tempest7527 well i buy new pair every 2-3 months, i learned about that long time ago on my own mistakes
No barefoot running shoes in your rotation?
Surprised you like the metaspeed sky+ the majority dislikes them and believe the first ones were better
I have flat feet n can’t stand Nike runners
No hoka's
Adidas SL is not a running shoe , it's a hammer for knocking in nails . Seriously have you ever tried running in these useless shoes ?
Kane footwear put some trash bags bags on better
Those Kane’s are garbage. Worst shoe I ever bought.
Who cares?
You, obviously.
