finally, someone with the same throttle control as me! Thanks, I'll give this a go. I don't recommend the ethanol fuel, it eats rubber, and for the muffs, I have a pair that fills up the in take from both sides. Some great tips in your vid. thanks mate.
Excellent!!! Simple. Thank you so much. I’ll be doing my first attack winterization in the next couple of months. I’ve seen other videos I’ve listen to people but this was perfect. Thanks man.
When I put it in high idle and start, all 4 lights go off 4, 3, 2, 1 and stay out. They are not lit up as I see in every winterising demo video. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
On two strokes they are built to automatically drain all the water out every time you have the boat out of the water and the motor NOT tilted up. The only worry can be the lower gear case around the prop where gear oil lives but a broken or damaged seal can let water in which might freeze and Crack your lower unit. So change the lower unit gear oil if you wish or at least drain a little to see if it is milky or water comes out.
finally someone with a straightforward instructions! one thing i might add, I do warm up the engine for about 3-4 minutes before this procedure
Excellent, others do not have the same controls. This is exactly what I needed for a reminder.

My etec 75hp does not automatically turn off like yours did after over 2 minutes of waiting.

Hi! Does the engine need to be warmed up at the time of winterize procedure?
My indicator lights dont stay on like urs do even when i follow exact steps. Any idea?
Does this process also make sure there is no water left in the water pump?

Only use rec fuel why risk it my boat sat for 16 months and started no problem
Спасибо большое за информацию...
hi, do you have an email or contact for paid advice?
So since it sends more oil to the engine, why doesn’t anyone say anything about de winterizing? 🤦🏻♂️
In spring, just warm up the motor and go, nothing else to worry about for dewinterizing.
