FS Thunderbolt 1000T Siren Test - Short Alert - Elk City, OK

So as a last minute decision, I decided to head up to Elk City for a siren, since I’m about to be super busy in most Saturdays and won’t be able to go record sirens as often. (I have 2 more sirens planned in the near future). Andrew decided to show up as well since he’s wanted to come back to Elk City for a siren. They tested on time (shockingly) and it went for a minute as usual. This Thunderbolt was insanely loud, which was expected. The 40V2T to the east of us went for shorter than it usually did, as previously it would go for about 2 minutes. Shortly after the test Andrew got tag shots, which showed it was manufactured in December of 1981 (iirc). Pretty cool test overall!
