Thank you all for watching my video! My apologies for the bad audio mix, you can also enable the RUclips Subtitles if you cannot understand well. By the way, my new Top 10 German Castles video is out! 😃Check it out here: ruclips.net/video/kM7cqD1kzi8/видео.html
Appalachian Abomination you did?! Me too! My grandmother and great grandmother were from the Eltz family. I know of other family members in Germany but have never had the chance to go myself.
Sorry for the bad music/voice mix, this is more disturbing when using your mobile speakers to watch the video, unfortunately youtube doesn't allow to reupload the video, I would need to delete it and upload a new one, which would mean to lose the current views and position on the search results, you can try using headphones to better understand the voice or add RUclips Close Captions option to follow up with subtitles. I improved this situation on my newer videos. Cheers.
my brother and I came across Burg Eltz almost 50 years ago before tourists were swarming the place. It was an enchanting experience we will never forget.
Thanks for this video 😊 I visited some German castles many years ago, including Neuschwanstein Castle, but I didn't Know Burg Eltz. I think it's time to return in Germany 😊
This seems to be such a charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
Looks like a cool place! I found the castle somewhere on social media and look it up. but I guess with how many people there are, i don't wanna visit anymore. so sad looks like such an amazing place
Depends on the time of the year and the time of the day, if you go early on a tuesday in later november you will probably have the place all to yourself 😉
I understand your desire to use your drone. But most visitors are probably glad drones are forbidden. The setting is most attractive without drones flying around. And a blanket rule against drones is clear and simple, a reasonable request from the private owners.
It would also be more attractive without so many people being around... I understand your point, but is not like there would be 20 drones flying around on a daily basis...
I think some kind of drones regulation would be sufficient. Like Eduardo says, apply for a permit to fly maybe half hourly or 1 hour per person would suffice. I am sure watching aerial shots of this splendid castle is definitely breathtaking!
Just went a couple weeks back. 350 capacity limit due to covid restrictions, went early, great place to visit, with hardly any people.. there was however a line waiting to get in when we left.
I live in the netherlands so whenever i visit germany i inmediatly come across many beautifull castles, i love discovering new castles near locations ive been to. I visited Koblenz before and i didnt even hear anyone talk about Elzburg
Cool video Eduardo! Thanks for that impression of visiting Burg Eltz :) Too bad that there were so many tourists, never thought I could be so crowded and one place :o Hopefully you still enjoyed your stay there :) and I like that really funny "I was expecting that" at the end :D
The editing, visuals and music is refreshing and uplifting to the mood of anyone watching this. Although I see in the comments the music is too loud. But it is the right music, just need to tone down. Great video! I am subscribed!
Thank you! Yeah the audio issues are most noticeable when using phone speakers, but you can also enable RUclips subtitles to better understand the voice, cheers! Thanks for the subscription 🙏
Pues verás Eduardo, hubiera preferido oirlo en castelllano. No entiendo los subtítulos en inglés cuando el audio es en ese idioma. Y para finalizar ese destino que tenía "pendiente" lo aplazaré sine die. Demasiada gente.
We will be on a Viking river cruise in Apr 2023, where a visit to the castle is offered as a paid option. The crowds and the fact that I would not be able to take pictures made me decide not to go. Thanks!
Hola Janett, muchas gracias. Nosotros fuimos por esa época también, solo que fue un dia feriado por lo que habia mucha gente, igual si puedes llegar temprano mejor. saludos y suerte
I provided all the necessary information for each person to make their own decision whether is worth it or not for them to visit, I cannot make that decision for you 😉
@@IsaacNewton1966 no worries, price wise you only need to pay like €10 if you want to go inside the castle (like in the rooms) but you can go visit the outside area cost free 😉👍
Thanks, yeah I had comments about that, I didn't see this problem when editing the video, but my headphones at the time were not very good for sound mixing, I believe when you watch it on a phone it is a bigger than on a PC for example, I may consider reuploading it with better sound mixing thanks anyhow
thanks! I've been there 2 times both around September-October, the first was on a German holiday so it was more crowded than usual, but I also went back on a normal day at the beginning of September and it was quiet crowded but not as much as the first time.
Astonishing. Why play such loud music that you cannot be heard over, yet you shout to try to overcome it? The subject matter was interesting.... it didn't need ear-exploding titillation. Next time have some faith in your work.
I didn't felt the music was loud when editing the video, I think this depends on the device you use to watch the video, usually mobile phones tend to make treble higher therefore making it sound louder, but I'm still improving on the audio matter anyhow. I am not shouting at all on the video and I do have faith in my work, thanks for watching.
Hi Arno, the people who own drones don't buy them to spy on people, also the drone cameras have wide angle lenses so unless you are really close you cannot really be looking into people windows if that is your concern. Such touristic attractions look really amazing with aerial photography, that's all...
@@arnodobler1096 first, no so many people own drones as you apparently think, second, they already allow crowds of people into the property every day, third, like I said on the video they could arrange this in a way that is only a specific time or day, even they could add extra charge for that.

You're welcome!
Yeah! Beautiful aa well! Also no drones allowed 😄

Added this one in my bucket list , I'm from India. Germany is still a dream❤️ thanks for sharing 👍
The music is WAY TOO LOUD. Remux it if you can and re-upload.

I visited here about 5 years ago. Fantastic place. The armoury and treasure rooms are excellent and the tour was very good but was all in German.
