It’s wild to see you with a baby. Been watching you since you turned your hair bright red. Man we’ve grown up. Life. Crazy how time flies. Makes me happy to see you happy.
Every mom (including myself) thinks that it should be super quiet when they fall asleep. In MY own experience with 5 kids, let the noise continue. Leave the volume at the normal volume. Move his position as he’s falling asleep. So that when you go to transfer him, he’s already used to movements and, “noise” sound. 🤞🏾❤️ He’s absolutely gorgeous and, I’m sending you and, Jeremy lots of love 🙏🏾
This!! Very true! My 3 kids are the best sleepers because I let them self soothe to sleep, and lived life around them when they slept. It was never super silent. If they get used to that, they will require it.
THIS! Is key (In my opinion) as well. I will say to add on to this for my son who was more contact based the carrier helped and swaddling him (tight) as he felt more like he was in my arms. As well as keeping a rolled blanket or stuffed animal near for the “feeling” of someone close to him.
Yep, mom to seven, and this is what my grams taught me. She was mom to 13; this is a game-changer. Heck, I'm 44 and can still sleep through almost any noise. 😆
I love how authentic you’ve been for years. When you post a vlog you’re not over explaining why you were missing or constantly apologizing for your appearance. I love it! Also, In you’re last vlog you put baby’s onesie on from the bottom and I swear it’s a life hack. I have 3 little ones and that’s the first time I seen it done. I’ve been putting them on my baby girl like that ever since. Thank you!
My son used to love contact so to get him to sleep well without me I used to wear an oversized shirt for a bit so that it would smell like me, and then swaddle him in it. He seemed to like that. Also just wanted to say how cute your baby is! Congratulations!!! Welcome to motherhood!
Omg I relate SO HARD to hearing the baby cries in the shower. When my youngest was under a year - I would hear it all the time. It's actually your brain's way of trying to sharpen a new parents intuition!
So true. In fact, I still hear my younger one crying or shouting or talking when he is actually playing happily in the living room while I’m showering. He is 4 now lol 😂 ❤️
Yupp! I'd ran out sometimes with shampoo and soap all over me, only to find my son sound asleep lol but as he got older he would just cry the entire time I was in the shower even if I put him in front of the bathroom on his bouncer/pack-n-play/etc.
Aw motherhood is good on you ! Super happy for you & Jeremy ! But as a mom of 2 , i learned to enjoy those naps with them and get things done after they are fed and relaxed ! My daughter is 8 months and still gives me a hard time with naps but I juice every moment because once they get going and get older your gonna miss those nap cuddle times!!! love ya girl 😘😘😘
I have never watched nobodies entire baby video let alone 20+ minutes. BUT this little munchkins is just the sweetest. I smiled the whole video. He's such an angel. I'm so exited to watch him grow , he has the best mommy and daddy.
Tip on transferring baby: when he’s up chilling, that’s a good moment to have him in his bassinet just chilling so he’s able to sleep on his own too.. also bassinets tend to be uncomfortable for a lot of babies, so think about a play pen with the top attachment
Love your journey, don't worry about being all over the place that's real life. Thank you for being raw. 🥰🥰🥰 he is too precious My son would only sleep in his bassinet or crib with a blanket cuddled next to his face he has been sleeping alone since birth and he is fine, it's whatever you feel comfortable with but he is now 7 months and still loves it. "blanket is tucked hard on the side of the crib or bassinet "so he cant pull it over him self" just enough for him to lean his face and feel the warmth that's why they love sleeping on us"
I have 3 boys and the youngest is almost 8, my only tip is enjoying them wanting to lay or be with you! They grow so fast, you blink they will hardly stop long enough to give you a hug! All 3 of mine I constantly carried(thankful for a baby Carrier) and I miss it so much! Congratulations he is so handsome 💜💜💜
He's so precious! I have three kiddos they were the same way at nap time until I figured out how to swaddle them nice and tight. I didn't figure this out until my second little one. It was a life saver. They liked to sleep in their swing as well. I hope this helps.
I just love how humble and down to earth you both are. Also, I appreciate showing us how you eat anything you crave and don't punished yourself by not enjoying sweets once in awhile. And That's why I love you ❤️
Aww I remember those days well. My baby is 10 months old now and I'm still amazed at how the time flies by? I love watching you guys transition into parenthood. It's such a beautiful, tough and rewarding process. Thanks for sharing with us. Your vlogs always leave me feeling happier.
I loved EVERYTHING about this vlog 🥰 Thank You for sharing your life with baby. I know that can be terrifying but, just know we appreciate it and, send lots of love & support 🤞🏾❤️
For the amount of time I’ve been watching y’all, and I mean YEARS. I’ve never seen y’all so happy and content. You are glowing Nicole. Truly. As an honest fan I am genuinely happy for you and Jeremy. Watching you be a mom is such a treat 🥺❤️
Mom of 2 here! (They're 10 & 12 now) Just a little tip while he sleeps.. try not to adjust the volume of your voice or the noise around him so he can learn to nap through it all! As far as getting him to nap in the bassinet, try putting him down when he is at his sleepiest state then rock him a bit until he falls asleep and hopefully that will help. May take a few times for him to adjust. That's my input. Love seeing your journey. I'm an OG follwerer and it's been great following you and hubby, and now baby :) xoxo
I’ve been watching you for what seems like forever..Wow do I remember those years.. it is so physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausting to the point of despair and it is also so incredibly fulfilling, miraculous and joyous that your heart literally feels like it will explode. But it feels like you could die from either! My youngest is 12 and my oldest is 19.. all of my kids needed a fan to sleep for years and some of them still do, except now they LOVE the Lectrofan noise machines. I feel like part of the trick is getting them to fall asleep IN the actual bassinet but also to get super drowsy while laying on you.. it’s all a dance. You will figure it out in time. Everything is trial and error, every baby is so different, and everything you are doing is just right for your beautiful baby. Thank you for sharing your journey, I know this level of vulnerability is not easy. I’m a seasoned veteran and this is so heart warming to watch. Sending love and prayers to your sweet little family!!!!!
Jeremy missed his calling as a chef! Nothing more attractive than a man who not only can cook but enjoys it. You guys have sold me on Hello Fresh! I’m going to use the code to order now ☺️ Love watching you as a mama!! ❤️ I’m glad both of you are taking your time and enjoying this new chapter. Don’t feel the need to glam or bounce right back bc we adore you just the way you are! A natural beauty. This time w/ Kai is invaluable and it’s so fun watching you soak up every minute. He’s the most perfect baby I’ve ever seen! ✨💕
PLEASE nap when they nap. As a mom of 3, you need sleep ! Sleep is more important than a stupid bed or laundry 😂I’m not sure what Jeremy does for work , but if you’re blessed enough to have him home , there should be no issue getting everything done with both of y’all at home . I went through a lot of depression and always being upset about my messy home. My husband works 12-16 hour shifts at his job so he couldn’t help me with our newborns . But if Jeremy is home most of the day, you two can definitely get everything done in a way that will make you both feel well rested and accomplished w/yalls day 💕 SENDING YOU THREE SO MUCH LOVE !!!
I’m sure her man is handling things. Sometimes we don’t want to give up that responsibility of anything that has to do with our baby as new mom for fear of x y and z. He seems like he holds down the fort.
That face!!! He looks just like Jeremy in the earlier part where your hand is resting near his face. It's adorable. Also, TOTALLY adorable when the cat took over the cushion that belongs to the baby! Your baby has the cutest face!
Nested Bean is a good swaddle that worked for my daughter! They have many different kinds. The little "bean" in the center of the chest is weighted to mimic the feeling of your hand on their chest. ♥️
Hi 👋🏼 I just want to say, thank you SO MUCH for vlogging for us (and maybe for you, too) while we know you're the busiest you've ever been. I think I can speak for all the OG followers that we honestly crave your presence - you are an absolute gem and these vlogs that feel like we're just hanging for the day, errands and all, are THE best ever! Couldn't ask for more 💓 thank you 🙏🏼 and congratulations to your lil beautiful family 💫
My boys are 7 & 11 now and Nicole when you said, “Oh shit we have movement!” It took me back…I remember that especially when you were just trying to eat or relax 😩
Seeing you being a mom after years of watching your videos thinking you didn’t want kids, as a fellow mom… I just feel so happy knowing you are living this blessing too 💕
I love seeing you as a mother and seeing Jeremy step up in any way for you, and just to see a man excited to be a father. You’re so blessed. & yes.. the phantom cry is never ending. My kids are 1 & 2 and I hear them crying when I’m in the car alone. 🥴
Hi Nicole, he's a mini Jeremy!!!❤️ it looks like your literally holding your husband, just a baby version, lol ☺️ so adorable!!! 😍 💖 God bless your family girl😘🙏
He’s so precious!!! Get him on a schedule when he’s 3 months old! I had twins. Their schedule was this: 7am wake 10:00 nap until 11:30 2:00-3:30pm 6:30/7 bedtime I woke them up to keep to the schedule. Never let them sleep past the second nap. Need awake for 3 hours before bed or can’t expect them to be tired. Consistency consistency consistency. Nap in crib with dark room and sound machine on. :))))) then it becomes tragic when they go to 1 nap, even more tragic when they drop the 1 nap ….lol
A white noise machine for all naps and sleep is magic! Also you can start introducing a comforter or a blanket (supervised) that has your scent on it so bub is reminded of you xx
For the rest of your life you will "hear" your baby crying and them calling "mom". My kids are 21,16 and 12 and I still wake up in the middle of the night sometimes because I swear I hear them calling me lol
I like your “all over the place” vlogs, it shows your realness, and I know parenthood is an all over the place journey ..my baby just turned 3 months, and I feel like im still all over the place and he’s my 4th! Sending you and your family lots of love and blessings💕
Congrats. He’s beautiful and perfect. My son needed me to hold him at all times. Swaddling worked most times but it was a struggle. Swaddle him and if he wakes after u do or after a few minutes cuddle him without taking him out of his swaddle and try again. They just love all the snuggles at this stage. While your in it it feels like you will never get through it and it can be overwhelming at times but once it’s gone they will be independent little crawlers and walkers which is also awesome but they will never be that tiny again so enjoy it all while it last. It can be tough at times so just hang in there. You’re doing great 😊
I literally remember watching your videos when I was in college/a young professional...what's in my bag, building a nail polish holder, and now baby's FIRST Target run - omgosh! This is just so incredible and I'm so happy you constantly share your journey with us!! xoxo
Grandmas tip: When you come home from your walk, let him stay sleeping in his stroller. That is a small way he doesn't need any transfer plus he looks so comfy
I used to do that too, but there was a few issues that came up with leaving baby in stroller and/or carseat…just not the best idea, and I was like HOW….they are sleeping so peacefully lol-but doc said that it not best for safety reasons! I have 5 littles (15,13,10,4,2) mamas hands, arms, and feet are full!!!
Can I just say, I love the hello fresh cooking’s in the Yesterday’s video’s, I wish I could be there tasting it too! So much love for you and ur lil family!
The calves/legs doh still hitting mama! Honestly you look absolutely radiant and I love that you are focusing on you and baby and that bonding. 💕💕💕💕💕💕 the best
I love how two of my fav RUclipsrs both recently had babies (you and NitraaB) and named them Kai and Ezra and those are the names of both my kids lol Try putting something that you've worn close to him or swaddle him in it so he can smell you when he is sleeping. Also don't be too quiet when he is sleeping. Also enjoy the cuddles they grow up way too fast. xoxo
I would breast feed my baby in my bed, positioning them in the middle of the bed, and lay on our sides while baby nursed. Then once they were done and asleep, I would scoot on out and make sure baby was secure with some pillows/rolled up blankets. Slept for hours in my bed like that.
@@bekkikeller3102 bahaha I’ve never heard it referenced like that but now that I look back 😭 yes it is 🤣🤣 I coslept and breastfed all three of my babies and it was the best decision I ever made. No bottles, no getting up in the middle of the night, no crying really because I was right next to them I just heard them fussing and popped my boob out. 🥺 such sweet memories 💕
Something I wish I realized sooner about pumping was there are different size flanges to fit your nipple. I used the machine for a while with the wrong size and it wasn’t getting very much milk out. Once I measured and purchased the right size flange, I was able to get a lot more milk out 👍🏻
I’ve been a subscriber of yours since the beginning, it sounds so weird bc we’ve never met but I’ve always felt a connection towards you! Seeing your growth and now seeing you be a mommy warms my little heart 🥹 I love this era for you!
Absolutely enjoyed every minute of this video! Takes me back when my babies were little, and this is the most accurate video of the first few months of being a mom, hair bun, hearing baby cry randomly throughout the day, finding ways to move baby to the bassinet..right next to mom, and not enough hours in the day to do anything!💕 your baby is adorable! 😍
They have to learn how to fall asleep on their own 😭😣I know, I hate it too, but I saw this difference with my first and second. My first I never put her down and she didn’t sleep well until she was 3!! It was a long road. With my second, who is now 3.5 months, we started putting him in the snoo from day one and swaddling for all of his naps. It took probably 6-8 weeks for him to get use to the snoo but he is a champion sleeper now and falls asleep on his own OR stays asleep when we transfer him! BUT if you want to contact nap and cosleep then you should do that. The dangers of it are definitely misrepresented in the USA. In Japan (I think or another country in Asia) they almost exclusively cosleep and the rate of SIDS is significantly lower. So there’s my advice and support for whatever you feel is right! Lol
Omg totally same over here! Literally it took until my daughter was 3 years old to actually stay in her bed and sleep. My second , which is 10 months now. I am able to put down in his crib awake and he goes to sleep. It was the best decision ever was doing sleep training
I am so happy for yall!!! He is so beautiful. My first born never napped unless he was on top of me too. Mama dukes suggested swaddling him... and it was like magic!!! I remember bringing the baby swing in the bathroom so I could shower. Hahaha You will figure it out!! Enjoy every single moment!! God bless your beautiful family! xoxo
So proud of you for powering through the early breastfeeding days and making it work! I’ve done both exclusive formula and exclusive breast and I know how hard it is! You’re doing such a good job mama! ❤️☺️
I love seeing you as a first time new mom. Kai is absolutely adorable. Enjoy it and love on him every second because it passes so quickly but also don't be afraid to leave him alone a few minutes or let him cry a bit. I have 3 girls and I promise he will be just fine. You both are doing an amazing job.
He is just the sweetest little boy! So happy to see you guys rocking this parenthood journey. I have 3 boys and as others have said they do grow up so fast so enjoy the extra long nap snuggles but what helped me is nursing while laying in our bed and rolling out when they are asleep leaving a pillow border around them. Also for his naps in his own bassinet you could try to snuggle him up with a shirt that smells like you. Sending so much love to you and your little family! 😊❤️
Omg you rocking that sweet boy while watching tv and almost falling asleep takes me right back to my babies being newborns. Such a difficult yet beautiful time ❤️
He is adorable!! A round of applause to all the momas and daddy’s!! You’re doing amazing, we don’t care if the vlog isn’t all put together! Loved it and didn’t think that it was all over the place!
I swear baby boy is always so awake & alert!!! He's just so adorable & cute that I can't get enough of him!! Girl, you look amazing after having a C-section!! I'm loving these family vlogs!!!!!
I was always grubbing when I was breastfeeding lol and that deep sleep you go into when breastfeeding was bomb 😂 and those lactation cookies are SO GOOD!!
Watching you and Jeremy with Kai is just 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 can’t put into words. Thank you so much for sharing! For your birth video can you also talk about what your experience post birth with baby mentally physically because it is simply not talked about enough and definitely should be especially for those of us curious about motherhood. 143 💜
Love seeing you as a mom ! Precious little guy ♥️ I’ve been watching you for years now and I’m so happy you now have a little bundle of joy 🥹 just a tip , whenever you take your little guy to get his shots ,it’s good to take them a bath after so they won’t get a fever 🤒 I have four babies and I’ve done this everytime and it works .. many blessings for you and your growing family ♥️
This is soooo authentic! Ive had TWO babies since late 2019 and i feel like everyone glams it up so quick and its made me feel so bad at times. This journey is real and i can relate.
Lolll not Orange being like “umm ma’am what are you doing to our baby🤨”. That was too cute!
Lol right! He nipped at her like “hey😾!!”
😂😂😂 so cute!! Big brother stepping in to see if baby brother is okay. 💕💕💕
CANNNNOT HANLDE THIS LITTLE PERFECT MANNNNN. Love seeing you as a mama... CRYING

It melts my heart seeing you at this stage of both you and Jeremy’s life.
When Nicole uploads and you stop watching whatever you’re watching, no shame. Omg thank you for sharing this journey with us. 😀❤️
Exactly !! Lol damn near almost burnt the beans on my stove. Gonna turn them down so I can watch now 😁
@@babykayders haha! I stop watching any other influencer for her. Nicole is and will always be my favorite. ❤️

I woke them up to keep to the schedule.
When you don’t have a baby but are very interested in what products Nicole loves. 😂
Aww Orange being protective of the baby! So cute!
You’re doing great 😊
I mean, can he possibly get ANY cuter??? A living doll!!!! Congrats again to you both!!! xoxo
Wrap him up so he feels held. But love you, and baby is so cute! Jeramy’s twin!😊😊😊❤️
Yes! I do this with my baby.
Beautiful family!!!! You two are doing an amazing job! Your internet aunty is so excited to see baby Kai grow up 🥰
Can I just say, I love the hello fresh cooking’s in the Yesterday’s video’s, I wish I could be there tasting it too! So much love for you and ur lil family!
The little girl in the background talking to Nicole had me weak lol kids are funny af!!! 🤣🤣… Nicole in mom mode is my fav part of the vlogs now💕
The calves/legs doh still hitting mama! Honestly you look absolutely radiant and I love that you are focusing on you and baby and that bonding. 💕💕💕💕💕💕 the best
Sooooooo precious!!!!!!! Love love love!!!!! Blessings to you and family!
Jeremy showing the baby plants is dad energy if I ever saw it. My dad still shows me his plants.
I’m so happy for you guys ! What a great parents you are !!
Also enjoy the cuddles they grow up way too fast.
xoxo
real mom life!!Love it!Thanks for sharing your moments with your little one!!He is so cute!!🥰
I would breast feed my baby in my bed, positioning them in the middle of the bed, and lay on our sides while baby nursed. Then once they were done and asleep, I would scoot on out and make sure baby was secure with some pillows/rolled up blankets. Slept for hours in my bed like that.
Same! Breastfed in our bed laying down and make sure they are supported and scoot out once baby falls asleep
@@sabrina6499 I called it “whale calfing” lol cuz I felt like a whale breastfeeding on my side ha
Did you not burp baby after eating? Cause I do this now but I feel bad when I don’t burp her?
This sounds like a great idea
@@bekkikeller3102 bahaha I’ve never heard it referenced like that but now that I look back 😭 yes it is 🤣🤣 I coslept and breastfed all three of my babies and it was the best decision I ever made. No bottles, no getting up in the middle of the night, no crying really because I was right next to them I just heard them fussing and popped my boob out. 🥺 such sweet memories 💕
I have been seeing you for many many years now and seeing you in the this new phase as a mother is so beautiful 💗 keep the vlogs coming 💗 xoxo
Every time I'm like 'I miss Nicole' a vlog magically appears within 24 hours!! 😇😘🙏
Xx
We love to see y'all's love. Congrats again on your little nugget. He's adorable.
You guys are so easy going, humble and just perfect😍😍😍😫😫😫 love these vlogs!🙏
0:30 Orange to the rescue with that bite lmaooo
He is just the sweetest little boy! So happy to see you guys rocking this parenthood journey. I have 3 boys and as others have said they do grow up so fast so enjoy the extra long nap snuggles but what helped me is nursing while laying in our bed and rolling out when they are asleep leaving a pillow border around them. Also for his naps in his own bassinet you could try to snuggle him up with a shirt that smells like you. Sending so much love to you and your little family! 😊❤️
My youngest is 9 and I still hear them crying when I am in the shower. 😂
Omg you rocking that sweet boy while watching tv and almost falling asleep takes me right back to my babies being newborns. Such a difficult yet beautiful time ❤️
I think Jeremy needs to just be a chef 😂 he seems to really enjoy the meal preps
He is adorable!! A round of applause to all the momas and daddy’s!! You’re doing amazing, we don’t care if the vlog isn’t all put together! Loved it and didn’t think that it was all over the place!
Swaddle that baby!! Pin the arms down and he will sleep much better! He's so freakin cute. ❤️ Congrats lady❤️😍
The way babies are comatose in those swaddles, those good zzzz's! lol
Seeing you and Jeremy as parents is so beautiful, Nicole! Thank you for sharing these special moments in both your lives. It's so wholesome and pure
Sometimes you gotta just let them wake up and cry themselves back to sleep. It hurts your heart but it’s better in the long run.
He really is the cutest and the sweetest baby! You and Jeremy are great parents. Thanks for sharing!
As a new mom I am loving this content! Thanks for sharing your life with us.
I have 2 boys 11 and 8 and they grow up so fast. Your son is adorable! You and Jeremy are doing a great job!
You guys are just the most precious 🧡 so happy for you and your family.
Such a beautiful little family you have! Can't get over how much he looks like Jeremy!!
He such a good sleeper! I love to see you guys as parents! Bless your beautiful family! 🙋🏻♀️❤️
