If you have adhd caffeine makes you sleepy because you naturally lack serotonin so when you drink coffee (a stimulate) it give your brain a hit of serotonin and it is able to relax which in return makes you sleep. (My kids always sing a little facts with Annie jinglr when I go off on these weird fact tangents 😂)

If Jeremy is wanting caffeine, espresso is not it. I worked in the coffee industry for a decade, and most people don’t know that drip coffee contains way more caffeine. So only get an espresso machine if you enjoy the taste of espresso ☕️
