this is true, it is extremely expensive....it took me years to save up just for the plane ticket and shipping my stuff overseas....it was a really rocky start once I got here and I'm still 8 years later not nearly as financially stable as before but I don't regret leaving at all, it's the best decision I've ever made
We left, too, with our horses and dogs, years ago when this fiasco started. Our lives improved dramatically. The US has become unsafe, unaffordable, hostile, and mentally ill. We feel sad for those stuck there. Best decision we ever made and we thank our lucky stars every day for the great life we enjoy, which would never be possible in the US as it has become.

Britain is a legally cooperative country. If a valid warrant is issued in a criminal proceeding Britain will detain an American citizen and cooperate with an extradition request. Only if a death sentence or extraordinary circumstances are likely to be suffered would the British courts refuse.
