This double kettlebell workout will work every muscle in your body and you can get it done in less than 30 minutes with just two kettlebells and your bodyweight.
Here is the workout:
1A). Staggered 1 Arm KB Snatch 3 x 5/side
1B). Staggered Squat Jump 3 x 5/side
2A) Double KB Clean to Squat 3 x 8
2B). Gorilla Rows 3 x 10/side
3A). Offset KB Rack Reverse Lunge 3 x 10/side
3B). KB Rotational Press 3 x 8/side
4). 3 Exercise Countdown: 10-8-6-4-2
Kettlebell Single Arm Swings
Yoga Push Ups
Hollow Hold (20 seconds)
