Hey Salma, I like your VET formula. I am going to try it in a few videos and let you know how it worked for me. At present, I have about 25% average retention on my videos. I am trying to find ways to increase my retention. A question I have for you is, What is good retention on the channel? I have videos on my channel that don't have good retention by YT keeps pushing those videos in front of the crowd. They have max views. Less retention compared to my other videos but they also have a good CPM. Just trying to understand from people who have threaded this path as I hit the milestones you and other have already hit a long time back.
Watch my video on increasing audience retention to answer that part. As to what's a good retention, try and go higher with each video. I get about 40-50% now but it looks years of improvement to get here.
