    Hey I did this for 30 days and trust me I'm proud of myself! It was really tough and the first 3 days were the worst you can even check my comments I've also commented that I'm dying out of pain I thought I did something which my body will not able to bear but see I'm actually fine I did take a break after the first 3 days but I'm happy that I continue doing it, I'm posting a comment for you all so that you can assure yourself that you can do it I was finding a genuine comment before doing it but didn't get any so I'm doing this for you ♥

    I started doing this on 30th of December.
    Today is 6th of January and I have completed 8 days consecutively.
    For them who are searching whether it works or not I have seen the difference. And I'm able to do it more easily by passing days.
    It's all about consistency and you can have your desired goal.
    Will update on 30th day :-)

    I'm 46 and needed a jump start to get the weight off. I worked pass the pain. I'm on my second round of 30 days. Young, middle aged or old, you can do this if you want to!💪

    Hi from Canada - made it to 335 for day 1. Took 13 minutes - paused after the last 5 sets to get heart rate below max :). Sweaty and tired but amazed. I just got my BMI to overweight 2 weeks ago after being obese for more than 40 years - whooHoo. Will do Day 2 tomorrow to celebrate Canada day - however long it takes. You are inspiring - thanks for the challenge

    I have been doing this challange for 4-days. Yes my muscles are sore, but every day gets better. I am 67 years old and not afraid of doing this challange. It makes me feel really great and strong. Please challange youself and try this workout! Joanna makes me really try and will motivate you as well. Concentrate not on how many days or total squats, but on getting strong and knowing you CAN do it. Thanks Joanna, you are the best!!

    I did it and still continue on the 15th day today. 2nd and 3rd the were the worst sore. but I notices that my tights and stomach getting the size I want in a short time. I can wear my levi Jean that can't fix. Hooray! going to continue till 30 days to see more results. results improving daily now I can balance better when I do my pilate.

    I love this I've been doing this for a week my legs are so strong! The cellulite is starting to disappear along with the stretch marks from me gaining 60 pounds in a year. I weighed 110 pounds last year and was pure muscle. I am doing this along with walking for miles a day good thing I have two dogs doing push-ups sit ups and aerobics.

    I couldn't walk on my 2nd day but loved the pain! haha I'm on my 5th week now and will continue to do this challenge from here on out. Great results and I actually do 670 squats in a day if I skipped a day prior. Thanks for this video Joanna!

    DID IT!!!!!! 😅 finished day 30 - I am so proud 👍
    10,000 squats seemed insane but in 335 daily doses it is doable. I am a mature overweight women - so hang in there - you can do it too.
    My squats have gotten so much better in form and depth. Still not getting the 180 rotation fully for the 15 reps but getting closer.

    Joanna this is one of your most effective workouts for me ... totally working the legs butt and thighs but busy enough to keep the heart rate moving ... no floor work (love no floor work)... most of all NOT boring ... I’ve done it a number of times and keep returning to it .. thank you 😊

    You guy, this is the fourth time I’ve been doing it and I’m still doing it like a daily routine. I take rest about the 30s in 3 parts of this squad. My butt and my legs get burning literally, I feel something change on my butt anyway I had a combine grow glute easy video( 10mins) before I did this challenge. Be patient with your exercises and you will be get better. I hopefully every girl watch this comment will have motivated to do it. We try together💪🏻💪🏻 for a healthy life 🙏🏻

      We all have to start somewhere. Break it up into 4 sections, and slowly add on 1 extra section every week as you build up to the final week. =)

      4786gautam yes, I did the joanna - get rid of cellulite for 3 sets. The next day was so hard for me to move or walk. People was looking at me why I was walking so weird 😂 But yea, u have to build up the strength to do this fully

    I am on day 8 and I love/hate this workout. it is amazing, I have lost 1/2" on my bum and 1/2 inch on my thighs. I am determined to do the 30 day challenge and perhaps even continue on. BTW, I am 57, so if I can do it, you can do it.

    I love love lovvvveeeee this workout
    I did it for around 2 months and i have found a huuuuuuuggggeee difference. As i have been doing it for quite a long time now i want to switch to other leg workouts but i get disappointed nd come back to this same video again after a break of wandering to search other workouts.
    Trust me if u do this workout religiously for a months there is no chance that it won’t give u amazing results.

      I didnt measure but i used to wear 34 waist jeans which was tight on my thighs but now i can easily wear 30

    I finished the 10,000 squats in 30 days. I have indeed became stronger but I didn't notice any significant change in my leg or butt muscles.

      Because this is not the best way to build big muscle for legs it's endurance training not hypertrophy go get some weight

    This really helps build up the muscle around the knees. Helps with my stability and endurance doing all sorts of physical things. I always come back to this year after year 👍🏾👍🏾

    Day 2 done -335 squats. Took 15 minutes today - my quads and gluteus were still sore from day 1 :)
    My rotational squat was more like 120 degrees - so I did 5 extra. Still taking breaks to get hear rate down but having a blast - see you tomorrow for my day 3

      Aroosha Z - hi I try a few different things to build my stamina. Squats are a bit difficult for me - I have a bit of a knee problem occasionally - so my most important thing is to do every squat in as good form as possible.
      To be able to get through 335 squats - I go at my pace - slower and not as deep initially. When I first feel like I have to stop- I do two more squats - because you can always do two more squats :) really you can :) Then I stop squatting but still walk around shaking out my limbs for say 20 or 30 seconds. Then I do 10 more squats and a short rest, then 10 more - you get the picture. As I get more tired or sore, I may rest a bit longer - never past 1 minute for me - and maybe do 8 more or occasionally even only 5 at a time. Never ever do this if you are in a lot of pain - this keeps you going if you feel too tired or sore - NOT sharp pain. I keep going till I am done. Then I stretch out - for 3 to 5 minutes - so even though I am sore the next day - it is not as bad as if I didn't stretch :)
      So start slower and less deep squat but in good form and short rests (and sip water if you want), and keep it up in exercise and rest periods till you are done - try it - even if you don't get all done the first time - you will get further each time - enjoy

    This workout is very effective. I used to do it every day and I was in great shape. Last year I gained 20kg. So today I started doing it again. I also jog every morning during the week. I know I will lose the 20kg in a couple of months.

    Hi Joanna. I've been watching some of your videos literally everyday. I have toned my body for sure. However, i wonder if you have any exercise for lower back pain as i'm suffering this for quite long. I believe some here have the same pain with our daily life style. I mean sitting at work all day. Reading while sitting. Driving while sitting :) thanks anyway.

    Hurray.....I just completed the 335 squats challenge for today. I remember before starting it seems impossible for me but when i began i realized i was eager to know how i'd feel after the challenge. The most challenging part for me was he squat hold for 30 seconds, however i felt strong and happy completing today's portion of this challenge

      @@devibala19 honestly, I didn't finish the challenge, I did almost 15 days, and if you ask about the changes in the shape of the legs I didn't notice anything, but after 5 days of starting the challenge, I can run for along distance without being tired like before.

      happigail0903 what you should do to allow your legs to rest, but still do this everyday, is do it at the same time everyday so your legs can rest for a full 24 hours. so if you do this at 3:00 pm, do it at 3:00 pm the next day, for a 24 hour rest.

    im getting a tighter bumb and legs already trust me im a swimmer and have very strong legs but even i was sore the first couple of days the more you do it the better you feel and the less sore you will be, day 4 here perservere!

    To be honest I was scared abit but after trying to do it I did 80% I hope to do better than today.... My 1st day.. Al be doing it for a month before going to bed every day!

      Ohh my God! Yesterday didn't do it because my thighs were on fire..... I couldn't even squat properly...... Walking was a problem but today I had to do it again day two 28 days to..... This one is a great workout.....

    OMG ! You made it super easy , I just followed your pace and hell yeah missed fewer reps in a day 1
    PS: I am not a beginner so it was not that difficult for me to follow her. Yes beginners need intense attention to do so as wrong postures in Squats can be critical for your knees & leg joints.

      That's why I do breaks in between at the moment. Just started doing this today and I watch parts of it, then do the exercise slowly and in between I watch more of the video, some parts I watch twice, then I go on. I guess I will do this in the first week and later on my body should remember the correct movement and I won't need to watch the movie each time. :) The challenge is really great.

    Hi Joanna. Thank you for this wonderful challenge. I am proud to say that I am in my mid 60's and completed your challenge today after 30 days. I really enjoyed it and combined this 10 minutes of squats with some of your other workouts every day. Do you suggest I start it again after a few weeks?

    I just finished a 90-day challenge, it ran from Dec 28 to March 30, where I worked my way up to 1000 squats in one day. I tracked my daily squats on my SimpleNote app so this is a manual count, could be off by a few hundred either way, but it looks like I did about 25,000 squats in 90 days. Now that I hit my 1K in a day goal, I'm continuing with 200 to 300 squats a day. Not quite 10K in a month, but it's the most working out I've ever done in my life, so there's that. Also have added the 30-day plank challenge, so on April 30 I should be at 5 minutes to hold the plank, and then I'll try your 5-minute plank workout!

    Omg done!!!! All in 1 go!!!! Now I have to say I have been working out on and off for 1 year so I definitely have improved my strength and not a beginner. The squat pulses drove me crazy, so any beginner, take time, encourage yourself, break this into different parts (I squat approximately 120 a day and whenever I have to do 50 I break into 2 times 25 each. I do legs after cardio and arms and abs so I'm tired enough lol). I love this, challenging but worth it.

      Done for day 2! I recommend do a HIIT in the morning and this in the afternoon. In between do whatever after 1-2 hrs of sitting lol.

      nayab shaikh hi there 😍 I'd love to! Sorry I took long to respond because I just did the housework and this challenge, which means day 4 DONE 😂. I recommend trying other HIIT videos of Joanna here and yoga in case you ever get bored with routine exercising. Along this health and fitness journey the thing I emphasize the most is a healthy diet, I've been trying to eat as healthy as possible and not only does it help me to shed some extra pounds it also helps prevent sickness!! For 1 year straight since I started I did not get sick at all. Small changes are: drinking water with lemon and ginger and turmeric in the morning, herbal tea cups between meals to help me get some flavor in my mouth and helps to avoid snacking lol 😂👍, not eat out too often and when eating out order water/tea/ smoothies with no sugar (I lied to them that I was diagnosed with diabetes lol) and avoid processed carbs such as bread, donuts, cakes bla bla bla. I also try to substitute unhealthy food with healthier options (sometimes I make my own snacks) because I admit, snacks are an indispensable part. Tons of other little things I'm sure you'll know by watching Joanna's videos and other health-fitness RUclipsrs, just pick out things you can follow regularly. Anyway, fitness is like: exercising + nutrition so try to eat clean, drink water, stay active (anything, I used to hate housework before but now I use it as an occasion to stay active throughout the day), use stairs instead of elevators, stretch and move your body after 1-2 hrs of sitting,... I hope those tips I'm doing can help you too 😘❤️❤️

      nayab shaikh oh and to add a proof to what I said, I started out at 120 pounds and now I'm 108 pounds. Not to say weight is the only important thing because I want muscles mainly, not losing weights; and I'm REALLY petite lol 😂 I'm just 1 meter and 54 centimeters and 19 years old (lol I'm short even considering any other Asians 😭). So my weights do not mean so much but lets consider my size: when I started, I was around 83 centimeters on the waist, now I'm 67 centimeters on the waist ( or 65 in the morning when I have not eaten) lol I just measured now to reply to you. So, screw the scale, measure your progress on your body 👍❤️👏 take time, it will come, I promise you.

      Yessss I did it, day 5 DOWN! You down your weak mentality of mine, I won! So hard, my legs are still all sore after 4 days and this morning I did 100 squats (50 basic and 50 narrow) with a HIIT workout. But I did this anyway, and I'm proud of myself! ❤️ dear future me, I know you're waiting with that nice pair of legs, I know you're strong and confident, I won't stop so that you can exist in this life!!!
