Should add wheat,rice , green gram in same proportion ,and roast and add lot of chukku powder and powder in the flour mill (if quantity more) Never add coconut like this ,it has to.be cut like small teeth bits and deep.fried in ghee and rthen added to the powder before making it as balls . Thus is our Iyer way of making porul vilanka undai .This can br powders and kept in air tight container and used as and when one need to.make undai.
