    1 cup mung beans ( paasiparupu)
    1/2 cup rice ( pacharisi)
    1 1/2 tbsp pottu kadalai
    1 tbsp sesame
    1/2 cup fresh coconut cut small
    1 tsp dry ginger and cardamom mix powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup brown sugar ( you can take more for comfort)
    1/4 cup water

    vanakam sis.. if use coconut how many days can store this kallu urundai

      @mogenisgoonasagram3382 can last like 1 month sis. Thats why i din use ghee to roast it. Just plain roast
