The old saying goes "To finish first, first you have to finish", but I would like to word a new one, something among the lines of "You only need to lead one lap to win". Massive kudos to Parker, specially for running with the stock spotter/crew chief.
That’s not a new one lol. You only need to lead one lap to win has been around. You going around claiming other peoples sayings bro? Lol they literally say this on the nascar broadcast every other week
@sprolyborn2554 nah, this kid is a clean racer. He had just hit the wall and his momentum was still sending him down the track when the dude turned up the track to punt him. His steering inputs show he was counter steering to correct his slide
Honestly that was smart guy was trying to win a championship and that was the best way to do, results don't care if u do it clean or not. The clown shit was him driving into his side off of 4, that completely cut off his momentum off the corner and he lost control of his car as well, thats where he lost.
Driver of the 18 car tried the "Bump an Run" but what he actually did was the "Ram an Wreck", but it backfired on him. Good thing Parker had a little brake in the car still.
I’m a Parker White fan because of his mom. Seeing how proud she is of him while watching the iRacing streams, warms my heart. She seems very sweet and the way she supports him reminds me of my mom and how she always supports her kids. Congratulations Parker!
This was a really cool breakdown and analysis of Parker's race. I would love to see more of this kind of stuff. Maybe with more Coke race winners throughout next season?
clean pass 4 wide for the lead down the back straight, 18 comes out of nowhere overdrives I don't even think he brake'd, amazing save by 53 somehow keeping enough speed to hold off the field without spinning from additional contact and the wall, and somehow comes out with the win. insane last lap. no idea what was going through 18's head but great driving for the 53.
@@anthony7886 dude so discord decided “you know what would be a good feature? Add a beeping noise every time the person streaming starts and stops talking and oh ya make it loud enough to where adding a gate to the audio will cut out bits of their voice” so awesome 🤣
Honest Question: What are the "rules" for pushing someone from behind in a turn like Zalenski did? From a road racing perspective, this seems really dirty and disrespectful.
@@DJYeeJayDefinitely doesn’t happen as often or as intensely as the Xfinity car. It’s almost impossible to get someone loose by just getting up on their rear spoiler in the Next Gen. The only time I remember it happening was Kevin Harvick being spun by Ross Chastain in 2023 at the Atlanta spring race.
what's with all the teammate politics cringe? are some of these pilots teammates in a different discipline ? do teammates not have the same sponsor? confused
So there's 2 types of teammates in this. Teammates who race for the same team as in hendrick or Williams but then you have teammates for setups. So parker, Graham, Steven and donovan and others all run for norse force which is the setup builder team.

You only need to lead 1 bumper to win

Lmfao that isn’t new. Hahahahaha
you'd like to coin a phrase.... not gd 'word' it.... for fks sake dude.......do they even fkn teach you kids? hang on i goota word this up....gd
zalenski was an absolute clown for trying to full throttle into his bumper like that. good on parker white for not taking that and wrecking his ass.
"dinoco's all mine" ahh move
He didn't even wreck him he tried to turn him after walling him and wrecked himself like everyone else in the back were wrecking each other so 🤷
@@dashedape looked like he turned down into him a little.

This dude is a class act. If all sim racers were as professional as Parker, the sim racing space would be stellar.
I have insane respect for Parker, It's cool to see him achieve this, and to think I was leauge racing against him in 2021, is pretty damn cool.
YYYEEEEEEEESSSSSS ANOTHER DOCUMENTARY EPISODE RAHHH
Nah nah not this time
@@DJYeeJay Yea i realized a bit too late ;-; Its still a great story

So proud of this guy, i knew when we recruited him to NRF watching him through RTP that he was going to get things done and i'll be damned, he did it.

And when you realize just how many things could have ended the run, it makes it all the more impressive that he even survived.
Great interview! Thanks for covering this series so honestly.
Bro is a phenomenal driver… gg
18 was trying to be so dirty and got clapped for his efforts
Great interview! Incredible finish. Awesome job Parker!
He TRIED to wreck him! CONGRATS
Had the pleasure to race Parker consistently on the service. That dude doesn't know when to stop.
What an awesome interview. Both class acts.
I actually watched this live. So excited.

Great video really interesting, but that beeping noise, my god it was doing my head in.

Ummmm, yeah, messing up the wind on the back of the car infront of u is def a real thing in real life.
I'm pretty sure with the Nextgen irl it doesn't do as much compared to previous cars but I could be wrong
