So I have a question I have a construction company that deals with the state and federal government on capital improvement projects I do like $2-3m a year can I qualify for the EB5? I’m also in the states with TPS
So to brief: am I right in saying that I from the UK can secure a loan to invest in a business opportunity in the US and use this as my visa application too? Sorry if it’s a dumb question but I’m pretty sure that’s how I received the information in the video 😊
Yes, qualified borrowers can secure a loan to help you fund an EB-5 investment. The question is how large of a loan do you need (or will be approved). Lenders typically only have a handful of pre-approved projects so it’s not like a credit card or personal line of credit. It is a very organized process. Everyone is eligible to apply. Underwriting is always done on an individual basis. Being domestic in the U.S. is likely going to just make the process faster.
EB-5 investing has suitability requirements for your own protection, it’s known as the accredited investor status. It would be one of the first steps in deciding if you really want to pursue EB-5 from a financial suitability perspective. Learn more here: behringeb5.com/accredited-investor-requirement-explanation/
Yes you can. Anyone over the age is easily eligible by policy. Even children under 18 have an opportunity to invest but it takes special considerations and circumstances. Contact our team to learn more: behringeb5.com/pip-appointment/

Hello Sir. What do you do for a living? Are you into Business or IT or medical?
What if you are getting investment from investors? Would that count as a qualified source of funds for you?
