Never really understood the visual triggers aspect of ASMR but the cameras autofocus was very satisfying this video with it changing between you and the microphone

Fred, I LOVE your videos. The qualify is OUTRAGEOUSLY INSPIRING. I have a tiny asmr channel, and would LOVE to know what camera you use.Your videos ALWAYS have impeccable focus. Mine do not. If you see this, and would like to help a girl out, it would be a gift I would cherish.
It's constantly in and out of focus, what are you talking about
Fred, I think, has auto tracking focus on his camera. If he moves the camera will try to refocus. So something is always in focus. On my videos if I move a few inches , I am permanently out of focus, and the camera does not refocus on anything. Which makes for a suckie viewing experience.
