Once I ruled out vertigo I was able to concentrate on my dizziness. I found an improvement in my posture fixed me as it corrected my spine issues.

I have severe dizziness attacks (not vertigo) and was diagnosed with silent miganine. I crave spinning so badly I use an office chair to do it for myself. Few spins to the left, stop for 1-2 seconds and few spins to the right. Feels so good, oh my word! Wish I had an electric spinning chair so I wouldn't need to push myself. Hope it's not insanity, lol :D

*I get vertigo episodes a lot! They typically held up for 7 days. It`s very unbearable. I began taking dizziness vertigo solution when I was fighting a small vertigo attack after enduring a week long attack in March. The vertigo appeared to go away rather quickly*

I`ve attempted and tested the dizziness vertigo remedy t.co/Etsd4PwStq it`s efficient. There is certainly definitely a difference when I use it as opposed to when I forget to take it. Dizziness is a big issue for me, but this item aids me with it. For the past days, my head is .apparent and I’ve had no flare ups ever since.?

The medical community has not done a good job and they seem to not have realized the differences between vertigo and dizziness and differentiate the two problems. Here is the difference: One of them is the whirling sensation while moving whereas the other is the whirling sensation WITHOUT moving such as while lying on bed. Until this is done, the dizziness/vertigo problems are hard to diagnose or effectively treat.

THANK YOU! I've had non stop dizziness for 20 years now and when I say non stop, I literally mean just that. Every second of every day for 20 years. I've seen over 30 doctors and so many try to call it vertigo or spells and it isn't. It's CONSTANT.
Still haven't found help for the issue and the treatment depicted in this video wouldn't help someone like me.

@user-pj7st1no3t I've had my thyroid checked but it was years ago. May be a good idea to check it again and see if there's issues. I do have problems with my weight even though I don't eat much at all, so that could be thyroid related. Thank you for the suggestion!

@@cheetahtfk7274 I can imagine how you feel daily! One thing you might want to check is whether your rooms are well ventilated as low oxygen may cause it, so is high blood pressure. Exercise regularly may well help as I can really feel the difference each time I go gym during an episode of dizziness.
