I run a small remodel business, and I do all my stone countertops by hand, with a circular saw and a track system we built, rough cut the slab, then finish cut it, then polish it. Lots of work! Wish I had these machines.
Great video, appreciate the attention to detail. Curious what your ratio of in-house fabrication of prefab slabs to subbing out this work to this high end shop (Natural Stone Design and Fabrication).
We choose quartz for our countertops for our new house. We got the High quality quartz with black/brown speckling. It looks beautiful. We also chose quartz due to being hygienic and tough.

I cut all the countertops in my remodels by hand. Built some tools to do it, time consuming but simple
I’m still waiting how these slabs are made from scratch to adding some resin, etc. not how it’s cut, LOL!
@2:16, is that my boy Joe?
You work for that company?
I don't think it comes as a slab out of the earth though, lol. (I wanted to know how they add the lines in quartz counters)
It's time to "Active Windows" :)
Slab out of the earth..Isn't quartz man made?

This is not quartz, its stone ? granite? explain
"where it all begins?" lol. Not really - it all begins when they rip it our of the ground - - it's finite.
Quartz staines and isn't as good as it supposed to be.

Quartz is non porous. It doesn't stain if you choose good quality quartz like JW QUARTZ, facebook.com/JW-Quartz-by-JW-STONE-100572315166575
It all stains.
