The easiest solution is to use hibernation instead of sleep mode. There could be also solution to try change the BIOS FW. As @
Abdelhak KHARBOUCH is mentioning below.

Same problem here, now when i wake it from sleep i have some kind of DOS message that say reconstructing ... Did you find a solution
