Hola Alex I visited formentor last April the journey was done by boat and what a beautiful little spot so chilled out I'm thinking about a trip in August I was based in alcudia last time may try Puerto pollensa this time hope you're around the area loving the videos adios Mike xx😂
I have read that sunset at the Formentor lighthouse is beautiful but was wondering if sunrise is worth the drive up to that area? We are visiting in late August and know the road is closed from 10 am to 10:30 pm. So I was thinking if it might be better to caught the sunrise from this area and visit the area to be out by 10 am?
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun For those without a car it’s very easy to get to by bus. Take the bus to port Soller from Palma, then get the Fornalutz bus from there that leaves every hour up to Fornalutz. Some lovely walks around the village and the main square with a great ‘buzz’ for a drink or food 🍹Just magical being surrounded by those wonderful mountains 🫶
If you drove back and the light is on green, you'll be fine. The problem is when it's red and you're on the road. I can't really guarantee you'll be ok tbh. Maybe you will be
Hi. We are staying at a villa in Alcudia and hired a car and wish to drive upto the lighthouse on the northern peninsula. Would it be ok to drive up there before 10am and leave at anytime or is the restrictions apply to travelling out of Formentor? There seems to be only one road into Formentor.

I am happy to go to Mallorca in October. I want to go to the lighthouse, to the last view for best sunset photos ❤❤❤

the buses run frequently, so don't worry!

You should be OK. I can't guarantee it, but if the green light is showing then you are free to drive. Yes there is only one road through.
