I note that the north tower deluxe room I am in now lacks coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. What is "deluxe" about this room?

I don’t really know why they told me it’s a deluxe room. All it has is a flat screen TV and nothing else. No fridge, no coffee maker and no microwave.
