All you need is grit and perseverance. I could play this song after practicing for a month(not as good as him though :)).

What i like at you aside from the other fingerstyle players is that your percussion especially the bass sounds pretty accentuated,wich makes it distinguishable.

Yeah, going off what Paul said, you will grow calluses as you play, which makes it easier, just know that you should try to play often, not to the point where your fingers bleed or anything like that, but just know that if you don't play for a long period of time after you get calluses, it will hurt again, and if you don't play often, it take a long time to grow those calluses.
