    Why does my Line Level seem to change (as if to another song) when I flip from my Original to the Reference (not changing the ref)? Shouldn't it always be the same difference/match curve of the two files? I understand the Width changes to show each file but not the Level line.

    Where do you get the reference tracks? Everything is on spotify these day, so where to get the .mp3 file?

      There are many ways to get reference tracks. Beatport.com allows you to download the files and you can even get the full .WAV as well. - JC

    How come there's no LUFS meter on the reference track? Is that an optional selection or something?

    How does this compare to master assistant in Izotope 9 Advanced?

    • @alextorchio5625
      @alextorchio5625 2 года назад +2

      This plug in only help you to compare your song to a reference track.Ozone master assistance can put eq, multi band compressor and a limiter to your track, Reference not, is just a comparison plug in (but very helpful).

    Wow - I've heard such great things about this plugin, but the whole trinity display is a confusing mess. I find it completely unusable.

    First issue: Too many options. Lost me early in the video. Second issue: “reference tracks” aren’t exactly easy to come by these days (we aren’t ripping CD’s anymore 🤦🏻‍♂️) And finally, isn’t it better to just use your ears to reference instead of clicking around a weird UI? Seems like overkill. IMHO

      I get my CD quality tracks from Qobuz.
