I am just loving the return of the Arkham City theme mixed into the BGM at 1:37. This game is shaping up to be the definitive Batman experience, and it's as though the music itself rose to the occasion.
I see people saying it looks like they are overusing the batmobile. Ummm....how? You are fighting an ARMY in this game and you have to navigate a map larger than arkham city. Of course you will have to use the batmobile alot. Batman can't stop a tank and it would take you FOREVER to get from one end of the city to the next. remember how annoying it was in arkham origins to glide across that one bridge? Take that feeling and multiply it by 20. Plus they have established that they tried to make sure that players don't just use the batmobile all the time. Remember how players used detective vision all the time in arkham asylum and how they altered it in arkham city so that wouldn't happen? yeah...I don't think we need to worry about the batmobile being overused.
It's not that, it's how they keep glamourising it in trailers. When is the last time they showed us some good/ entertaining stealth sections of gameplay? I understand that they are closely protecting the story. But surely there must be somewhere in the game with an area full of AK's army that Batman needs to sneak around? Surely!? Yeah you may bring up the fear takedowns we've seen but some even think it is taking away the fun of being Batman. This whole scene is supposedly an infiltration yet all we've seen is (70% being) shooty, shooty, bang bang! We get it, the Batmobile is the newest and greatest addition to the Arkham series. I love the Batmobile, I can even go as far as saying it's the BEST one. But this is getting stale man. Either way, 2015, I shall be ready lol 🙏
In city all they need to do is put out fires, fix train station, take down the walls, and fix the top of wonder tower. Asylum would need to cut Ivy's vines, clean up jokers spray paint, fix tiny damage, fix the bell, and a roof of the final boss. So nothing was incredibly damaged except Ivy's damage.
As much as I love Rocksteady, the Arkham Games, and the batmobile, all these videos edited together made me realize how repetitive the trailers for this game are. Don't get me wrong, I know this will be an AMAZING game, but god damn NO MORE BATMOBILE TRAILERS!! Give me some villain trailers! The only in game footage of villains we've seen are Scarecrow, the Arkham Knight, and Penguin. We need more Rocksteady!
There is almost 7 months left until the game actually comes out. They've been showing the same stuff because they announced the game early and showed footage, but then pushed it back so of course they aren't going to show stuff from later on in the game when it still has half a year before its released. They probably won't be showing much more until release date is a couple of months away.
Not a big fan of the "Tank" stuff, don't really see a point to that being in a Batman game other then some one say "hay that would look kewl", other that that, that rest of this looks super sweet. Glad to see Batman taking a hint from Sleeping Dogs and using the environments around him to help batter bad guys (just like Sleeping Dogs barrowed the fighting stye of the Arkham games). Everything that comes around goes around they say.
Twitch H Yeah and despite what some nay sayers would have you believe the combat has improved and I mean for one thing they have given you the ability to take down three guys at once with a stealth take down, batman can steel non lethal weapons from thugs like tasers and use them against them, and even the overall animation quality is improved as batman and his ninja enemies move with greater fluidity than ever before.
I see what Rocksteady is doing. They want to hear the fan's input on this game and make changes without having to do it at the last minute. Good move Rocksteady.

how has no one noticed that the attacks that enemy used at 2:49 are very similar to the attakcs some of the enemy use in the dls with r'as or however the heck you spell it i dont think thats a coincidence

Jason's military ninjas were supposed to have a beatdown attack but was cut and instead used for the league. Would've make these guys harder if it wasn't cut
I'm now noticing in this and in the E3 gameplay, moreso in the latter, that this game has quite a few pop up textures. I also saw at 5:55 that the guy's leg kinda glitched out and Batman's cape is sticking from under the Batmobile. I'm so getting this game but these are small things that I've noticed.

If you live in a world where you fight a plant woman who can conjure giant plants, a latino man on super steroids, a walking crocodile man, a shapeshifting clay man, and your teammates consist of an almost god-like alien, a demi-god princess warrior, a man who can move faster than the speed of light and sound...idk lol, I feel like you probably need some kind of heavy artillery just in case lol Batarangs aint always gonna cut it

I just watch this, and think; how the hell could this game *NOT be the most anticipated game of 2015?* I mean, look at it! We are about to play the greatest superhero game ever made. Perhaps even the best of 2015. I know that might sound like I'm jumping the gun, but I reckon *any* game developers of the coming year would be pretty damn hard-pressed to come up with a game that can beat what Rocksteady have just made. Granted, of course, there are other titles that *I am very much looking forward to*, but for the time being I can safely say that Arkham Knight is the one thing about the coming year that I am truly looking forward to.
I do like how the theme from part 1 seems to be a variant of Arkham City and the theme from part 3 sounds like a variant on the Arkham Asylum atmospheric theme.
All I want from this game is an unlockable 60's tv show mode. All thugs are wearing campy sailor hats and leopard skin onesies and the funky music starts up everytime a fight is triggered and the trumpets sound off everytime you land a shot. I want that so bad!
All the games of the Batman: Arkham series (including the mobile games and Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate) need to come to the 8th-generation consoles.
So the Arkham Knight will have a fight using an attack chopper and most likely a fight in person near the end of the game. I wonder if he'll have any more encounters besides these
I sure hope they don't over hype this, the first scarecrow trailer at e3 was perfection and got me super excited but these trailers look like total chaos and this is batman, he doesn't kill, he doesn't run around guns blazing, in these trailers he got huge ass guns on his batmoblie, punches people like 20 feet In the air and smashes people's faces into Electric boxes, and drops lights on people's heads. Batman is human and no human could do that, he never did these things in other arkham games. Where's the stealth? Where's the reasonable fighting? I'm almost positive those people died. I understand this is the final game and you have make it great but don't make it so over the top it's stupid, it's like I'm watching a recent fast and furious movie.

my bets are this arkham knight guy is jean paul valley. In arkham city, a guy named azrael shows up saying something will happen to batman in the future. azrael is actually jean paul valley of course. In knightfall, jean paul takes the place of bruce wayne and becomes batman. He developes the use of extreme violence, and most importantly he creates a new batman suit that has more armor and tech, like the suit of the arkham knight.
It's like Batman the ride in the back of the mobile, looks like fun. I was wondering if it's pitch dark in there, or if he's got a little light on in that boot there. Or maybe Bats put in some music, or maybe a little TV that plays cartoons or something. That would also be cool.
The more I look at this the more I wonder if my PC can handle it. GeForce GTX 660M (yes it's a laptop) and 16 GB of RAM. I pre-ordered Witcher 3 and I know I'll be able to run it on medium at least but these graphics are very polished. I understand it's trailer footage and they make it look as heavenly looking as possible but...still the gameplay footage has beautiful graphics. I find it funny how so many complained on how armored Batman looks in Origins and look at him in this one. I also hear that they extended the date because we figured out the Arkham Knight was Jason? He sounded a lot like Bane the first time I heard him but he definitely sounds like Todd here. Rocksteady please don't say he's a fully original villain and then put someone we know in the suit. Make the Arkham Knight another favorable new immortal villain in the DC universe. Anyway, I loved Origins and was furious MP didn't work 3/4's of the time and he looks absolutely badass in his finale. I don't doubt Joker will be a part of this through hallucinations. SPOILER: Batman looked disturbed carrying his arch nemesis out to the police and he was so distracted by the grief Harley was able to capture him. So what do you guys think? But I hope for the challenge mode in this game we get access to all the playable characters from the previous games, which are Batman, Joker (yes, I know he's supposed to be dead but it doesn't have to be canon), Catwoman, Robin, Nightwing, Deathstroke, and Bruce Wayne. Plus I want more characters to play as (not just Harley Quinn), I want Batgirl, Copperhead and Lady Shiva in the challenge mode for this game. Does anyone else agree?

I was lucky enough to see the full gameplay of this mission at the EGX. It was amazing! This will be the best game of 2015!
