Xyz Cup is Actually the Worst Mono ED Event Possible

you simply get bent over backwards if you go first... so any going 2nd build wins but then a control would make it even worse.. because you don't have that many good tools to use against control decks :) notably all the barrier statues as far as i can tell are legal
