    Thank you so much! I have lot of difficulty sleeping, notably having non-24-sleep-wake disorder and staying asleep for more than one cycle (about 1 hour 20 minutes for me). But this music is exactly what I needed! I did wake after one sleep cycle but looking forward to listening to this as I go back to sleep.

    I intentionally take melatonin and turn on these types of videos with 🎧 headphones on.

    I feel like I'm stuck in a suspenseful scary movie...great work love the others..this one isn't for me. Kept closing my eyes and feeling jaws creeping up, no way.

      Of course, that is not the intention. Unfortunately, it is often very individual what kind of sounds have positive effects. If you can't see any positive effects, try another video that shows a different sound backdrop. All the best

      You can, but it's not a must like on binaural beats. Isochronic tones works well with speakers only.

    I’m just not really into the bell tones against the other vibrations or the synthesized tones & wave effects. Just use frequencies.., sigh 😔... this is keeping me awake more than any damn thing.

    The speed of the rythem at which the times are played are way too fast. It's anxiety inducing and not relaxing at all. It's giving me an anxiety attack.
