3 weeks ago i woke up to my first ever anxiety attack in my 26 years of life. It gave me really bad sleep anxiety. My sleep deprivation spirals me into manic episodes and really bad anxiety. I just wanna be normal again. 35 min, i finally calmed my body, mind and soul. Pray for me that i can beat this. For anybody facing the same hell. I love you, don't give up. I know no one will give a shit but I'll share anyway, I had the most amazing, eye opening dream listening to this, it was indescribable. I have honestly been awake for an hour (whilst still listening to this) just contemplating the dream and trying to remember the details but it's slowly fading away... It's so sad. I lived a whole intricate life down to the smallest detail and in real time (or so it seemed) in this dream and now it's gone forever. but it was still an amazing experience that I've never had before, But I hope I don't have again because its
heart breaking when it's all over... but I can honestly say that the dream has opened my eyes to a lot of things and I now feel changed. @@salonigupta5798 there are a number of things to try, i would highly suggest a thorough research into autism itself so you get a good understand of traits to loom out for as he grows up, sensory toys will help with knowing what his sensetivity is like too. With speech I'm not entirely sure as I am verbal, obviously the only thing i can think of is speech therapy. With the hyper active its best to channel that in to something like a active hobby something that can use lots of focus.

Thank you for helping me relax. As a soldier with PTSD it's hard to get more than a few hours of sleep a night and during those few hours staying asleep is even harder. This music is soothing enough to help me get a few more hours of sleep and it has helped me to stay asleep longer. If you have some meditation music as well, even though this works just as much. It would be most appreciated. Thank you again.

This has been my faithful video to go to sleep to since it was first released in the summer of 2014. It was very hard to go to sleep with so much in my head after going through divorce. Almost six years later I still listen to this, not so much stress now but it always reminds me that things do get better. Cheer up for those who have to listen to this to ease up the mind and relax. Things do actually get better. ❤️
I listen to this when I work, clean, cook, read, sleep. It's helping me with the panic attacks, my mind is not racing and I can focus.

This is an excellent sleep track. You relax into it, then it starts with a soft tingling in the toes before spreading to the body. Then you become aware of your pulse, followed by the slow rhythmic beating of your heart. I was asleep within 2 minutes. 10/10

YellowBrickCinema I have benefited greatly from YBC's sleep music and wanted to share my experience with a senior citizen at my church who told me she had sleep problems. she is hard of hearing and I don't think she owns a computer. can I purchase a CD for her and we can help her out? There are many more seniors at my church that could benefit from this. It is the Unitarian Universalist Church of San Francisco. We also have informational Forums that one of your representatives could give a presentation if you do that sort of thing.
