I know why you can't part with animals...it's because you are a thoughtful, caring ,and passionate person. It shows in every aspect you do..whether it's fencing, vet visits, watching for safety of eggs, birds nesting, adoption of strays,keeping land cleared, and taking care of your husband and daughter you put every ounce of your love into it. You certainly are a magnificent farm lady ❤

I think it is the heat. She needs a fan in the barn and I think they need to put water in mud hole maybe even try a Pool. Couldn't hurt to try We ALL are dying in this HEAT!!!
Have you changed Peaches bedding lately? Maybe there are mites in there. Just a thought. Maybe she needs a wallow for her to bathe in as her spa treatment! 🛁
They have tried many times over the years, Peaches wants no part of mud or water to lay in.

I have 6 pet goats. The last two I got came from a goat land clearing business. These two were always in trouble standing on the roads or not wanting to clear land. So they had to go. Now they are here helping keep the pasture under control and happy as can be, and my best buddies😁

Brooke I had to run to hide and cry my eyes out having to give up all my babies and milking does. They loves me and I certainly loved them
I am not surprised. Look at how Mildred implanted you as her mother. And the 2 boys, Rocky and Bandit, you spent so much time with them as puppies with one of them real sick. You are a good mother to all the members of your extended family.

I would have a very difficult time parting with the babies, especially after bottle feeding them!
Yesterday we were trimming some trees around our property and I told my husband that if we had goats we could give these branches to them and they would eat all these leaves off of them and they would love it!

I'm all for keeping them! They're cute as buttons! Made me laugh when they were nibbling on your hair! They just can't seem to get enough of you. They climb up over your back and up in your face. So darn sweet!
