Everything is taken care by ashram they don't have a luxury lifestyle they're living a very minimal but joyful peaceful life, it's like becoming a brambhachari or sannasi but not exactly like that
They'll take care of basic needs like food and shelter according to website. It's nowhere mentioned that you'll be paid but I don't think they'll deny if you ask for clothes and phone bills.
Food and basic (shared) accommodation in return for labour. That's what this is. The value is if you believe that it is giving you some 'spiritual' benefit. Whatever that is.

Firstly, the video is about Poornanangas. And one cannot include all of those who are in the ashram in a 5 min video. Coming to other two words: Beautiful: Beauty is in the eyes of beholder. The people seem to be various countries, races and ethnic backgrounds. English: This is primary channel and English is the language of this and there are separate channels for other languages. Also, the 6 volunteers who spoke aren’t English by ethnicity, they definitely seem to have different mother tongues and are communicating in English for the sake of this channel and to reach larger audience across the world.
