I love this and am planning to make for a 1st Birthday!! I’ve never worked with fondant before though and am little concerned about the faces and would appreciate any tips when working with it, especially with coloring.
I love this! I am a bit confused tho! When you laid the stencil on the fondant, I could not see the impression! lol! How? Maybe I should wear my glasses to look carefully! haha!! Great job!

Thank you for great tutorial can I make these pieces ahead of time and put them on the cake dry? Would I have to dry them on a drum board first as a beginner I have so many questions. Thank in advance
We’ll ask away! I’m here if you need to pick my brain, 🥰 To answer your question, yes, you can absolutely make them ahead of time! The eyes and the nose should be fine to just air dry on a flat surface, in a warm dry place. The mouth you will want to place in an air tight container so it doesn’t firm up to much, those little pieces on the corners of the mouth will become fragile if they dry hard and you want it to still be pliable enough to wrap around the cake a bit. Hope that helps!
