  • A large part of understanding a technology is to practice it. Wondering how to simulate the technology to practice? Wondering if you need to spend a lot of money to get the equipment? Check out this free course where INE instructor Rohit Pardasani discusses EVE-NG, the first clientless multivendor network emulation software, with its CEO Uldis Dzerkals. Uldis demonstrates the installation and implementation of Eve-NG and shows how to create labs and practice so that you can master it. Whether you work in the Security domain or in the Network domain, this video course will prove to be highly valuable to you.

I have been using EVE for labs almost 2 years and its been super stable, got my CCNA and CCNP , practice is key but a real good desktop or server would make it, perfect integration, thanks INE for this introduction, there are so many technologies we can learn in Eve NG, I wish I could be a robot to be all day long playing around with this great tool for Engineers

Nice interview Rohit! Good to hear from the CEO, next bring up the GNS3 and PnetLab crew as well. I would be very interesting to hear what they are cooking up as well.

I use eve ng and i corrected my bgp failovers utilizing this software.. They are extremely undervalued at the license level.. This software could go for 500 a pop easily.

Yes sir, new ent ccie including 90% of all used tech is possible with just EVE-NG. To complete this, will need exta one real sw and accesspoint. EVE-NG is fully integrateable with real LAN/network. Like manage virtual nodes from real DNAC server, or manage wifi from virtual EVE-NG lab CL9800.

At 1.25 speed it is perfect. The presentation is a bit sloppy, slides do not always make sense 32/1 (processors/ cores). Also, you measure the amount of RAM you have in Gigabytes not Gigabits...

EVE-NG is acutally (IMHO) the only valid option to lab. GNS3 is a mess with newer images and Cisco CML2 is a bad joke with massive bugs (it's not even BETA, ALPHA with good will).
