I think that was supposed to be part of the Gorillaz storyline.

@@davedaveeverything6487 my point was that to me personally, demon days is a masterpiece with no skips. That doesn't mean I dislike the other albums just that there's 1-2 tracks I find meh or dislike. Trust me I'm not discrediting every other Gorillaz album when I say that. I love plastic beach and their self titled gorrilaz but there's one or two tracks I'd skip. So what I'm trying to say is no shade i love the entirety of gorillaz discography

Tha album climaxes wit tha world-ending devastation of "Fire Coming Out Of Tha Monkeys Head", & in tha aftermath of dat apocalypse, "DGLIH" is like tha final obstacle on tha listeners painful, dark road to sum kinda satori, n den tha eponymous track "Demon Daya" is like tha actual moment of spiritual enlightenment n transcendance above all of tha evils depicted in tha previous 14 tracks

It's hard to believe it's been 20 years... I still remember getting the first Gorillaz album back in 2001 and listening to it nonstop for months. Y'all were instantly my favorite band, and no other act has come close to taking the #1 spot.
Thanks for twenty years of amazing, innovative, and simply beautiful music. My entire adult life has had your music as its theme song, and I wouldn't change a thing.

Legendary album that still actual to this day. Probably the best Gorillaz ever had.
Im not sure anymore how i discovered gorillaz, but im glad i had an obssesive phase with them from 16 till i was 19
It was around 2014 i found them. Was crazy about the lore and story, unlucky that i found them when they broke up lmao you can imagine how happy i was they were coming back. Demons days was one of the first albums i completely memorized lol easily in my top 3 favourite albums.
The most perfect album of all time, such an iconic album.
It's difficult to choose one song, but I think that my favourites ones are: o green world, dirty harry, el mañana and DARE💗🎈

That's a great story! My dad bought me this album and DANGERDOOM on CD in Oct 2005 when he was dying of cancer. It was our last trip shopping for music and movies, he asked me which albums I wanted and I chose those two. Another cool (DOOM) related story is the previous time him and I were shopping he bought me MC Paul Barman's Paullelujah. Love your FOL profile photo!

The first album I ever bought and the first one I ever bought digitally. This album has a special place in my heart as this opened up music for me. I never really liked music or listened to music period until I had this album. It even inspired me to play the piano. This is One of my favorite albums in front of Kanye West Graduation. and one of my favorite Gorillaz album’s period.

Feel Good Inc. was the first Gorillaz song I've ever heard in my life. Saw the musical video when i was a kid on tv one night.
Seeing the old Demon Days heads with those details brings back memories. The bite mark from Murdoc's cane, 2-D's pupil everybody was so concerned about. Just brings you back.
