Add a couple of rhythm changes and a synth, and these guys would sound like the cars. And that is a major compliment. The cars were a very tight talented group. Of course anything Jimmy toched, turned into musical gold. He was such a greatt musician.
Maybe about 48 years late but thanks to Blue for the gig at Manchester Stoneground. I already had the single Little Jody so everything else was a bonus. I can't recall the detail. but I do recall it was excellent and I had a good night. Thanks for reminding me!
OMG. Obsessed with this sing. Great obscure Pop song. And to see this is fantastic film is amazing. I am forever grateful to whomever posted this rare rare Gem. Looks to me like a live recording of the song mixed of course in studio. None the less it looks live. Been in the Music business a couple decades too in USA.
So really proud of Jimmy and all he did like a musician! Despite he lived for a short time, he really did amazing things. Anyway, I hope buy his biography book someday. I've seen there's a lot of positive comments about that so I can't wait for save enough money and buy it. Definitely, the book that all Wings' fan should to read.
Great Band , this is from the 1973's debut album perhaps their best , saw them twice live , even better than on record , Clive Franks Elton Johns sound engineer liked them and got the band signed to Elton's Rocket label , had a hit with Capture your heart
Never seen this or heard Blue. This is pre Wings & it's the Glam era. He was my school classmate '66-69 & chuffed as his star🌟rose. If he hadn't joined Wings it would have been different & I'm sure he would be here now. Wings opened lots of doors & McCartney could handle it easily & Jimmy didn't.
John, I would love to talk with you about your time with Bent Frame! Do you have an email address that I could contact you at?? Jimmy rarely wrote any songs lyrically, he excelled at putting the lyrics to music though :)

Love this tune. Great seeing Jimmy. Such a talent that left us far too soon.
So good seeing Jimmy.
it's always good t'see Jimmy, he's the best part of this clip!!
Reminds of Badfinger, cool tune.
Definitely had a future in rock/pop 😪

Jimmy McCulloch is the man. Great tune.
Great straight proper bluesy rock!
Really enjoyed that and great to see Jimmy.
Rock In Peace Jimmy

Stupendous!!!!!
Jimmy look great in here, but I expected he was the lead guitar, as he was on Wings. Thanks.
Jimmy!,
O boy when Jimmy start singing!
Very taken by the cool backdrop. The song should be “Play Loud” certified lol. So cool in so many ways.
Ufff buenisimooo
A good rock and roll song can make breaking up with your girl seem like fun.
I thought this was going to be a cover of’ ‘Brown Sugar’ lmao
Reminds me of another under rated band-Big Star.
Great pop song far better than the new lot who took their name.

never could write a decent song perhaps if he'd stayed with his brother things might have worked out better

Jimmy will always be known as rock guitarist and doesnt fit well in power pop.
Great guitarist but crappy song
