They also announced their expanding their sales force into Europe to gain a future footprint internationally. They are planning to grow. Last point, which I very much agree with you, they have taken back constructing distribution centers since contracting that out failed. The CEO Rick Cohen seemed determine to put this problem behind them and have taken steps to do so. Understand, too, Rick Cohen owned about 4 billion dollars in stock at time of the report. He is not selling stock, although some insiders have; which is not out of the normal. By 2025 when SYM achieves profit, adding more centers and demonstrating more cost control, it will be worth the wait. This company has a long runway for growth nationally and internationally.

THE LAWSUIT: A class action securities lawsuit was filed against Symbotic Inc. that seeks to recover losses of shareholders who were adversely affected by alleged securities fraud between May 6, 2024 and July 29, 2024. CASE DETAILS: According to the complaint, on July 29, 2024, Symbotic announced their 3Q24 financial results and then lowered its revenue guidance for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2024. Symbotic attributed their change in guidance to "schedule growth and higher labor costs during the quarter." Analysts commenting on the stock questioned when management first knew and responded to the issues. Following this news, Symbotic's stock price opened at $26.36 per share or approximately 25% below the previous day's close of $35.63 per share.
