To avoid headache my sister, try to fast a couple of days in the Month of Shabaan just before the month of Ramadan in order to prepare your body and let it be accustomed to the fasting period of Ramadan, or you would better fast on both days of Monday and Thursday each week as possible as you can to have your body been ready for the one-month fasting of Ramadan. May Allah guides your whole family to Islam and grants you a good Muslim righteous husband to build a beautiful family with him in the near future: That's a good way to get rid of loneliness. Ameen!
