as a note/ before we break our fast we say this prayer : اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ صُمْت وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ أَفْطَرت ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتْ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ الله
نقول ذهب الظمأ وابتلت العروق وثبت الأجر إن شاء الله
Mashallah brother Obayd. I dont usually comment on vids but this was quite special. I really like ur Arabic pronunciation and im very proud of you. You also seem to be quite informed mashallah especially when you spoke about Hijri/Gregorian calendars as many people dont know about them. Also, I think its really good that you are documenting this and sharing it on social media as I hope you will be a good model for Muslims and non-Muslims whether they are here in the west or even in Muslim countries. Keep going brother may Allah strengthen you and increase your iman.

Here's a tip: After every prayer, recite four pages of the Qur'an. This way, you read a Juz' every day and thus finish the entire book by the end of Ramadan. It's easier to distribute the recitation sessions instead of reading the entire Juz' in one go. It can also be adjusted to however many times you want to finish it; some people finish it twice (eight pages after every prayer), some thrice (twelve), etc.
I figure you've read two or three Ajza' already, but you can still start employing this method from any day in the month, so long as you have been consistent previously.
