Thank you so much great discussion I'm trying to learn everything I can about nutrition for osteoporosis as well as menopause But the only thing was healthy fats wasn't really talked about which fats are the best for menopause? Fats from animal food or fats from plant foods like nuts and seeds ? How much fat do we need during menopause a lot or a little? or does it depend on each individual person?
