- What's up Pixar fans?! Sorry for the delay getting this review up-it was suppose to go live yesterday, but it's a big review that ended up taking a bit of extra time. I really hope you enjoy it! Today I'm taking a detailed look at the brand new 2021Target exclusive Disney Monsters at Work "Meet the MIFT Team" Figure 3-Pack featuring Val, Duncan, an exclusive FRITZ figure and a bunch of fun accessories (Roto, laugh canister and more)!

Update: I now know that the little unidentified pink monster included in this set is actually a plush toy seen in the first and eighth episodes (possibly even more?) in the scare simulator room on the shelf above the robot human :) Thanks to those who helped identify it!
Love the channel, the website and the set! I'm trying to finish one Mattel collection at a time (the Toy Story line). But the 'Monsters' one will be my next one to go.
Duncan is also one of my faves, you can't hate him, he's hilarious!

He's one of my favorite characters in the show, besides Duncan and Val.

I’m excited to see where all the characters arcs end up going for sure!
Kinda strange: in the original movie, the laugh canisters were huge, but still said "scream capacity". Now the series shows scream-canister-sized ones, but changed to "laugh capacity".
You know what, you're SO right! I had thought about that recently actually and forgot to mention it. Yah that's an inconsistency on the show makers part. I mean, the final epilogue of Monsters Inc. is technically a bit of time after Monsters at Work, so they would have had time to produce bigger canisters, but that doesn't explain why they still say "scream" instead of "laugh." Kinda strange indeed!
@@DanthePixarFan I hoped that mattel makes a wave two of monsters at work character toys like the adorable snowman, Celia Mae, fungus maybe with snore and Henry j waternoose III on the monsters collection

I’ve just noticed that the Monsters Inc Facility Team looks similar to OOZMA KAPPA from MU.
Fritz resembles Don, Duncan resembles Terry, Cutter resembles Squishy, and Val resembles Art.

Hey there, thanks for watching! Though these aren’t intended to go along with those other lines, they are very similar is scale, so you could probably play with/display them together.
I love both the 2013 spin master line and the 2001 hasbro line and do plan on doing videos on both of them actually! Good idea to compare with these ones too. Stay tuned!
Finally!! Ahh, I have been waiting for them to release a Fritz! Sad it is a Target exclusive....that means it could be years until it appears here, if ever. I really need to move. Where are you located that your Targets are actually getting trucks and stocking toys?!
I really want talking ones of all the characters, though. I think they made a talking Tyler, but that is it (well besides the interactables Mike and Sully, but I'm not sure if those are Monsters at Work or Monsters Inc.)

Yes I have the taking Tylor figure and it’s SO COOL! I’ll actually be sharing him this week here on my channel! But yah the Interactables sub-line is a separate thing. Hope you checked out my reviews of Interactables Mike and Sulley! They are specifically Monsters Inc and aren’t branded as Monsters at Work.
@@DanthePixarFan Oh man, I'm so jealous of your stores being stocked. Where did you find the talking Tylor? We haven't even gotten shelf tags for him down here. Still waiting on them to stock interactables Mike, Sully, and Zurg (not sure if the later one is out yet anywhere), sadly. (Also, yes, I did see your Mike and Sully videos!!) I have all the other Pixar Interactables except those 3, so I'm debating if I should film the ones I have to post or wait. I'm terrible at decisions like this LOL.

We talked to a couple store managers at Targets and Walmarts, and apparently we aren't a big enough "collector's area" to get all the toys that are released. Isn't that crazy? We literally will NEVER get some things :(
