Really good way of putting these techniques/habits into words. I think a lot of newer spies will greatly succeed above the current level of knife spy if they base their learning of your tutorials to begin with.
@@SIurgi thats the goal, the level that spies were at before these tutorials would take someone thousands of hours on spy alone to reach the potential that spies are at, which is why alot of new players started cheating. These tutorials should cut that down to a fraction of that and increase the bar way higher than it was before because they have a better foundation than we did
I've been doing unexpectedly quite well playing spy ever since I started watching your videos. I managed to learn a few moves from your videos that other spies pulled out. Thanks for posting all these for us to watch.
These videos with like only 300 views always have the most undisclosed info for the entire community presented in a perfectly detailed explanation, im so glad on finding gems like these.
I took a couple month long break from tf2 and coming back these videos have been helping me an insane amount not even just on spy but every other class too
as someone who has played spy in comp for a year now this tutorial series has always been a good refresher on spy trickstabbing cuz tbh u dont get alot of trickstabs in comp againts div 1 - prems so this video might give me some subcontions help with it since every player is trickstabbable no matter how unlikely it might seem and i rarely play pubs so these videos are good for someone who has fallen off at their usual trickstab ability
Thing is, because you're new, you will have a better foundation than the older players (like me) because they honed their experience on less efficient tech and theory. The things I talked about in these tutorials I've refined after many years of playing the game, but my habits are built on different foundations so I don't use everything i've taught in these tutorials to their fullest extent because I'm not completely used to playing like this. You'll catch up to modern spies eventually in a fraction of their playtime because you're new and know this stuff. TL;DR watch practice part 1 and the spy 101 tutorials before part 1 and you'll be better than most spies who have had 1000 hours on the class from a few years ago
You've told us everything you know but there is so much more to be discovered so prob we haven't seen the last of you. It's better to watch someone who analyze this kind of matters in depth in terms of mechanics and psychology rather than: "eeeh yeeh you know go one side then to the other side and stab them lol". Also congrants for hitting this 2k subscribers. you deserve every single one
Fire tutorial as always. While these are things that high level spies may understand subconsciously, actively thinking about these concepts while discussing real-world examples is what drives improvement and a deeper understanding of the game - even when you think you have "plateaued". Anyway, back to farting on F2P pyros.
I'm a retired spy main with 600hrs lol. It just dosen't feel that fun anymore. But seeing videos like this make me want and try to improve at spy. Meybe i will stick with maining spy, no matter how painful it is to get good at it.
I felt my mind expanding with each minute of this video, loved the visuals provided with the theory as well. This will be helpful for so many spies I’m sure, amazing work

the CRD tutorial of the modern spy era, how many hours at least to start achieving this ?
you can start anytime, as long as you are consistent of learning this theory you can improve over time.
In my case I know most of the theory but can't apply it@@wiron56

So should you try to make someone passively track you or actively tracking you? Is on of these tracking patters easier to get a stab on?
